Got awful attitude during pick up UPS package. The old lady kept complaining that she doesnt want to have such UPS access point and she just do US a favor, cannot push her to look for package. She looked around and just said your package not delivered yet. Until been showing her UPS website notification, she was back to look for. guess what, she found out and through out of counter. And give me attitude during all conversation and not willing to service people who is not doing shopping at her store, like me. I was coming with happy mood to get package and leaving with shxt mood because of attitude.Please.. UPS if you want a partner, please chose one who wants to grow with you, not pulling you down.

Just convenience mine market plus.Alway bad elements around the entrance.Remember to lock your car if you dont like surprices, even if you think you going to in and out from the store.Lady who work there is nice and friendly .

Worst place ever for UPS pick up! I showed the ladymy ID, and she claimed that there was no package under my name. After check with email and i come again, show her that my package should be there, still takes long time with worst attitude, and of course, my package is there. Why ups choose this place as access point? Stupid decision

Worst place ever for UPS pick up! I showed the ladymy ID, and she claimed that there was no package under my name. I insisted that I received the pick up notification. Then she got pissed off and showed me every package to prove me that I was wrong. Guess what? My Package was there! She didnt even apologize and just gave me attitude and impatient look. 2nd package pickup was also a nightmare, my package was opened and I asked her if she knows why that was open. She gave me that bitchy look again and told me to return the package if I was not happy. Excuse me? Return to where? Thats my fu*king package and I dont want to lose anything. I was so angry about this place and the old lady. I would give negative 5 stars if I could.

Bad experience for ups pickup. They check your pickup only after serving ALL the customers in the shop although you are first to the counter. No good attitude.

If only I can give zero. Worst UPS pick up experience. Nasty lady who goes on and on on how your coming in to pick up your package too early. She will tell you that your package is not on the store yet but your shipping update tells you otherwise. I wish that UPS will use another store as pick up point.

Dont use this place for UPS pick up. They rejected my package delivery twice! I had to eventually send to somewhere else.Why would they set themselves as UPS Access Point if they are going to reject my packages!?!
