We placed a large order of assorted flavors for our wedding and provided Nathan the custom stickers. Everything was sooo delicious and turned out so cute! Nathan was a great communicator throughout the entire process and it looked great on our dessert table! I would recommend them being individually wrapped for large orders to ensure freshness. We picked up the cookies 1 day before the wedding and even 2-3 days after pick up the cookies we saved tasted so yummy! My husband loves this place and it was a must have for our wedding. So glad we were able to support a small local business and everything was perfect :)

This is my 3rd delivery from Nox. The first was perfection. That box of baby chocolate chip cookies was wrapped like a gift and they were amazing. Not warm, but a hint of warm. Chewy edges and soft middles, Yum! Second delivery was good but the cookies did not taste as fresh. Tonight, I ordered some vanilla ice cream and orange sherbet and had a 50/50 bar in a bowl. I had previously ordered an ice cream sandwich and was so impressed by the ice cream that I dove all in tonight and it was better than I hoped. I know they outsource their ice cream and they’ve chosen the best in my opinion. Also I got a sugar cookie which was nice and doughy and had an adorable flower stamp on it. Good job, Nox!

I have never actually been here, but I go to sjsu and they started selling their cookies at our student market. I thought they were just going to be average bc they r on a self but omg they r better than the fresh made ones in the cafeteria. These cookies r so good i 100% recommend.

This is one of the best cookie places in the bay area! This place is perfect for late night snacks since its open till 3am. Ive been a huge fan since they first opened up. If you dont know what to get, I definitely recommend the small Nox Box variety so that you can try all of the flavors. Best part, they serve Treat Ice Cream. *dont forget to ask for sea salt when getting the chocolate chip cookie, youll thank me later!

Must have caught them on an off day. Tried 4 different cookies and a cupcake. All of it tasted meh. Cookies were hard. Cupcake was dry. Maybe they send out old ones for doordash?

Such a great spot to sure that sweet fix. Ive picked up cookies and cheesecake poppers for parties and social gatherings many times. They always disappear. Their cookies are all delicious; baked well, flavorful, and not too sweet.

I ordered from Uber Eats on Friday evening and received it in under an hour. I got 2 Quatro chocolate cookies. I liked it but was expecting there to be more chocolate in it, like chocolate chunks. I also got the brownie, that was delicious. The chocolate lava cake was horrible. The flavor was not good at all. It tasted too healthy.

To have a cookie shop delivery cookies is taking service to a new level. Not only is service great here, but their take on cookie concoctions is amazing. From mini cookie ice cream sandwiches to head size cookies, there is a treat for everyone. My favorite was the classic chocolate chip cookie- had great texture and bite and was soft.

Last night when ordering here, I was asked in a demeaning tone, why I dont wear a normal mask? when ordering. I wear a half face p95 respirator. Nobody has ever been rude to me regarding my choice of mask like this, throughout the pandemic. I will not be going to Nox Cookie Bar anymore

This place has traditional cookies with very little that has been invented. I tried the traditional chocolate chip cookie. It’s a good cookie to be sure but it’s really not a cookie that is going to start a culinary revolution.The cookie was perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside (good mix of brown and white sugar as well as butter).

Im obsessed with their cheesecake poppers and their meringues. I have developed the unhealthy habit of ordering from them once a week. I have yet to try anything I dislike including the cookies.

I’ve order from NOX multiple times and never had an issue. I usually order over $60 worth of food which is a lot for deserts. I ordered via a delivery service which totally mishandled my order, canceled it and refunded my money without contacting me or notifying me. I called and spoke to a NOX manager and informed me that he had the order but it was never picked up. I was shocked that he didn’t contact the delivery service to follow-up on why the order was received but no driver to deliver . Oddly, my order just sat on the counter and he told me that there was nothing He could do but for me to reorder. Okay, reorder for it to sit on the counter and not be picked up again?! So frustrating. All I wanted was food that I ordered, not excuses for failed communication between the delivery service and the vendor. This left a bad taste in my mouth. A simple track of my orders would have reveal that my spouse and I have spent will over $3000 at the location in the last year. I can not believe what I experienced last night. I walk in, this guy with glasses and backward hat is busy tossing paper in trash can. They was he talked to me was NOT okay. This message is to the owner of this business. When I walk into any business, I MAKE SURE I am VERY respectful to everyone and I expect the same from employees working there, makes sense? Why are your workers yelling at customers? Making sure your customers never return is the last you need during pandemic. The only reason why I taken this to social media is because I felt so offended by that person’s way talking, my mom was on the phone. Come on, i am picking up order, being respectful, why do you have to be disrespectful for no reason?

Picked up some cookies tonight before driving through the Vasona Christmas lights..much to our disappointment the cookies were cold and hard. We didn’t want to go back and wait in the store for the gal to heat the cookies because of Covid, and we needed to make our allotted time slot to see the lights. Make sure your cookies are kept warm, it makes such a difference!! When the cookies are warm I would rate Nox a 5/5, but cold and hard, not so good. I don’t know if the gal working tonight was having an off day or what, but we were bummed out.

Nox Cookie Bar is yet another place to add to the list of fantastic places that serve late-night munchies in Downtown San Jose. Ive never been disappointed in grabbing late-night food in Downtown San Jose, whether its at Nick the Greek, La Vics, and now this place. This place is open late throughout the week and stays open till 2:30 AM on the weekend, bless their hearts.One of the biggest downsides of places that are open till late is that their food quality can sometimes be subpar. I have to say that these cookies are very delicious. I would even come here in the daytime, something I dont usually say about places open till late. Now be warned, these cookies are very buttery, which is why they taste delicious, but hey, a treat every once in a while is okay. I didnt get the ice cream because the selection doesnt look too amazing. Its pretty much what you would get at your local ice cream shop.If you are a cookie lover like me, then you have to try this place. They also deliver as well.

I ordered delivery at Nox Cookie Bar and they delivered amazing hot cookies at my doorstep! The sugar has a hint of citrus, the chocolate chip is perfectly sweetened and the snickerdoodles are a must! Price is reasonable, delivery is $5 and I am very satisfied with my order.

Hits all the spots to have something for everyone in terms of size, flavor and texture. I especially appreciate that they have mini cookies for when you just need a small bite of sweetness. Went at midnight and they still had fresh cookies that were soft and warm.

I was super excited about this place, but in the end, it wasnt much to write home about. Pick your cookie, pick your ice cream. Cookies baked on premises but the ice cream was about grocery store level. Not much seating, so we ate on one of the public benches outside.

Best cookies in the South Bay. They also have pretty good ice cream as well. Prices are pretty decent. Parking is hard to come by, but’s in downtown SJ so that’s expected. They do validate if you park in the garage close to the store 🙏

Very disappointed.. tried to schedule a delivery in San Jose, but outside the delivery zone and all they said was nope, sorry won’t do it. I had the impression from the Q&A on their website they would try their best to accommodate deliveries outside the zone as long as they were close and scheduled in advance. Also, they said the map on their site is outdated. Just wish the customer service was a little better... they missed out on a big order!

Great cookies and good customer service Id return there again. Also you can wrap the cookies and Saran Wrap freeze them and warm them up for 10 seconds and theyll taste freshly baked which is awesome I recommend it for anyone who loves cookies anyways LOL.

Came here on a late Friday evening. No free quick parking available. Staff was ok, didnt seem too excited to be working there and kind of barely explained things.Chocolate chip cookie was delicious! Soft, gooey, warm--very very tasty. The quattro cioccolato was soft and warm, and that was it... We didnt get the snickerdoodle because we dont like cinnamon in cookies, yet this quattro cioccolato had cinnamon (perhaps Mexican chocolate? but an Italian name throws you off?) in it... Pretty upsetting bc the employee said it was like a brownie. I thought this cookie was kinda gross, but if you like a cinnamon brownie cookie, this is for you! Id highly recommend the store to consider a menu with a fun, creative explanation of each cookie, 1) to better explain to customers, 2) because itd help with marketing if they made them sound fancier. They may have this already, IDK, but it wasnt noticeable in the store.All in all, good to try, and the chocolate chip cookie was awesome, but nothing worth driving out for specifically. If youre kind of near the area and have time (its open late--until 2.30am which is very cool!) then Id recommend you check it out and perhaps try some of their ice creams too!
