Cristina from the salon has a horrible touch for hair color. Ugly work to the fullest. Ugliest work ever. And I paid. It’s embarrassing to be in an artistic field and be a NO talent hair dresser.

Yesterday, I was amazed at the excellent service of this store. All of their items were classy and expensive, no doubt they made my hair look shiny and beautiful. I gave them some tips as a token of appreciation and gratitude. It was a perfect opportunity for me to trust their expertise. Thank you very much for that. Id be looking forward to your shop soon!

Amazing staff and service. I didn’t know Ulta Beauty had salon services, its a must try, made my birthday really special by giving me a hairstyle exactly like how I wanted and for really cheap prices!

1st time there. Big store. Not hassled by sales staff, but they were helpful when i asked for help.

One thing I noticed more and more about ULTA stores in the San Jose area is that there sale staffs are LAZY. When ask about a product thats out of stock, their answers are always Everthing we have is there! WTH?!

My 16-year-old daughter thought that coloring her hair would be easy, well she found out the hard way and fortunately Ellen was able to bring her hair back to the luster she originally had. We were also very lucky because the Beauty shop was near to our house. A very affordable and valuable service was extremely recommended!

The advertisement that they have online totally throws you off, showing you perfumes. small bottles in the picture but read the fine print. They are samples. 🙄😶

They had all the essentials of skincare products and makeups. Branded or local brands, they got it all here! I came here yesterday and bought my best friends favorite lipstick brand, and it was way cheaper than in the malls.

Disliked this location for customer service and out of stock.Customer service: all the employees were up front gossiping about some guy like foreal🤨 Im over there trying to call but they to busy!! Very unprofessional.&& of course most of their things out of stock and dirty areas.

The girls here are super rude, and not very welcoming. I needed help and couldn’t find anyone. They were all up at the front counter gossiping. Then when someone finally came, I ask her to help me find my foundation shade, due to covid I haven’t been to the store in months and forgot my shade. She goes “do you use this foundation it doesn’t look like you use this” GIRRLLL you are not better then me because you have your face caked up and work a 11$ paying job.😂✌🏼 These girls need a serious lesson in customer service and respect to customers. They lost my business. I’d rather go to Sephora where I’ll be treated right and HELPED not have to stand around for 25 minutes waiting on someone. Mind you the store was dead. All their testers are tapped up and you can’t access them. Very Over priced.

Ulta is my go to store for everything beauty. I love this particular store because of the people who work there. They are all very friendly and always available to help with whatever I may need. I also get my eyebrows waxed at the benefit brow bar they have in store. Andrew and Vanessa are both very good at what they do and I appreciate them always leaving my brows looking great!! Last but not least the store is always super clean and organized and everything is easy find.

I stopped by the store to get color matched to a foundation that was full coverage. I asked one of the workers there and she said she was not able to, so she sent another worker and she was amazing! I told Stephanie my skin condition and she listened to everything I said and found the perfect shade and also gave me new suggestions to my makeup routine! Never have I received good customer service from this store like this young lady! Was respectful, good communication, and friendly! She knew what she was doing!

This is my regular Ulta store I go to. Its super convenient for all your basic and non basic makeup and hair needs with a lot more as well.

Well i read all the negative comments, I decided to walk in to this store and experience by my own. This girl Mariela walk forward to me and ask me if i have any questions very polite exactly what i was looking for. I am so in love with this store the prices are good ! I will sure go back this was my first time to this store some friend referred me and i am in Love 🥰

Really enjoy shopping at Ulta; prices are a little high but its convenient to get everything here that i need. The selection is incredible so if you cant find at Ulta you probably dont need it. Customer service is great!!

I always have a Good Experience with this store and the people with helping me find the right products that I need and looking for.

The girls at this location are rude, dismissive and need a serious lesson in customer service. Their attitude is repulsive and disgusting. I tried returning an item and was told they were unable to because i did not have my original form of payment. They offered no solutions. No store credit. No cash back. Might as well have given me the finger as they scoffed and rolled their eyes.I went to a different Ulta and made the return hassle free. This is why I shop at Sephora. I wasted time and energy and am totally embarrassed by this store’s behavior. Will likely never visit again.

I love this store but the customer service is terrible. They give attitude (including the supervisor) and don’t even help at all. I needed help with a brow product and they handed me a random color and said “there’s the mirror. Go try it” as she did her own makeup. If I wanted a random color I would have just gotten it myself. Well it’s not the first time they do this.

Went in for facial spray. Looked for it on my own, asked for it the girl told me where it was but it was out, had to ask someone else for help n she went to the back to check, it was out. Big waste of time.

She literally persuaded me to buy all these products (first row of photo attached)She educated me on which products to use and stray from at my age, how to go about choosing which one (start off with hydration first then once skin is hydrated and balanced u can dive into anti aging, acne-centered, etc products) got tons of samples (see photo, second and third row are samples!!!)

I asked for help finding a specific foundation. Lady told me she would find someone to help me the proceeds to leave me standing there like an idiot for 10 minutes while she goes to rearrange products on shelves and doesnt ask anyone else to help me. I normally wouldnt post a bad review, but I had asked if she was busy (to which she replied NO) before asking for assistance.

Helpful staff, friendly, knowledgeable, easy returns, smaller location so they dont carry all brands that bigger Ultas do. Great place for beauty needs drugstore and high end brands.

Walking in it was like looking at heaven but then I realized there was so much stuff. I found what i was looking for but only because I asked if i didnt i would have walked out and went to walgreens.

Ive gone to place for my all cosmetics needs. They usually run out of stock of what I need but, it is because I bought the last one. They always have coupons so saving is always available. I like this store because of the employees, they are great!

This Ulta Beauty location is regularly well-stocked and organized. The workers are generally nice and helpful in making recommendations or providing opinions on certain products. This location is also great because it is in a nice plaza with a variety of restaurants nearby.

Had an experience in the Salon. Its long and complicated. Mistakes made on both sides. But overall, I was more kind and accomadating than they deserved. They deserved words, but I decided it wasnt worth it. I can at least warn the rest of you. Only go to the Salon if you 110% know EXACTLY what you want. Dont even ask anything during the consultation. Just tell them what you want. Because patience, and honestly confidence, are not virtues there. Eventually, even though youre kind and accomadating to what they can and cant do (whether its a lack of time or, more in my case, a lack in their skill) theyll just refuse service (and this is after I told them I had a huge event the next day. My hair was a disaster. They could do anything and it would look 10x better and what I wanted in the end wasnt actually that complicated. The complication came in making the final decision). Just dont waste your time. Go to another Ulta Salon that has more confident Stylists.

I love this store but you gotta be careful you can spend a whole lot of money before you realize it. Just 2 - 3 Makeup items can cost you more than $100.

Cant find the most current products many empty shelves including Ultas brands. The staff that works there seemed very unhappy almost to the point of disdain for their customers. I was returning something and was told they could not find it in my history I did find my receipt fortunately so they had to comply with my return. They seem more focused on high-end products and continually reducing stock in the items that they allow you to use coupons on. If I wanted to pay high prices for makeup and hair products I would go to Sephora.

Customer service was bad. No one really offered help the many times that I have gone, typically you have to go and look for someone is willing to help. On one occasion a employee was rude when I asked for help on a concealer. Another time I asked for a color match only to be given two colors and for me to do it myself.

Wow the salon in this store is really bad took my daughter for layers walked out with a trim no layers what so ever went in today for touch up highlights have blond highlights already walked out of there with dark blond hair very bad breana did my hair and had no idea what she was doing made my hair match my dark roots instead of the dark roots matching my already blond hair I was polite thanked her for her time but I will not ever be back there and with this review I hope I will save someone the misery of wasted time money and the damage of having to redo another prossessing however she does do a nice blowout but that’s about all

I havent been here for awhile, and wow what a change. Not for the good either. They moved one side all around and seem to have cut back on a lot of items in certain brands. My daughter and I were quite disappointed!

Pretty pricy. For a shampoo I get at CVS its $3.00 more for same size. Pretty messy store too.

Couldnt see any form of organization or customer support. Staff wasnt helpful at all and I found myself wanting to leave earlier than I normally would in a beauty store. I didnt see much variety of product, which is not the staffs fault but still, very messy and many things were out of stock (There were only like 5 customers and it was a Saturday at around 1:00pm) Very few staff was there and they were too busy to answer basic questions. I was testing a lip color and I really liked it and wanted to buy it, but when I checked for that shade, it wasnt there. I went to this one guy and asked him if they had it in stock, only to be rushed and dealt with quite rudely. He told me something like yes what it is, hurry fast and I told him the color I wanted was not there and if there was some in the back and he said whatever is there is all we got and quickly walked away. Normally he should ask me details and ask to see the tester and name of the product, so he could either search for it in the index or something to see if they have it in stock, or he simply couldve manually checked in the back, it wouldnt have taken him long. If he didnt have time to check because he had something else to do or was called elsewhere (which was probably the case with him) he could have just nicely said for me to wait until he could find someone else to help me. I understand this isnt Sephora and wont have the customer priority and support that sephora has, but honestly the local gas station has better customer support than this ulta location. Dont recommend, Im sticking with the one on Brokaw.

Not one employee asked if they could help me, even after walking around for at least 20 min walking past employees multiple times. By the way there was abt 3 or 4 customers in the store, so not busy at all. I picked out a retractable makeup brush that was labeled $6.99 as well as another product. When I checked out my total was more than I expected, I mentioned it to the cashier, she said nothing at all. I went over to double check and asked another employee abt it. Her response was that the wrong brush was under the $6.99 label. There were 4 others all under the wrong tab, none of the correct brush. My brush and the label were both for retractable brushes. Again the response from the 2nd employee was silence. Apparently there moto is to just stay quiet until you leave. I told myself dont make an issue over $3 but I should have. There b1g1 half off signs completely cover the prices, which makes no sense and is only irritating. I wont continue but this store is the worst.

Its a big store, parking tends to be hard. Everytime I have been there, there is a line at the cash register with only one or two open.

After showing up for my brow appointment I waited 15 minutes, then they said the person I made the appointment with was busy so they cancelled. I made the trip for nothing.

There was a robbery at the store and they Did nothing.The security guy just keep saying we are being robbed.and they just stared at them.?????

Very irritated with them right now. I returned a product and never got a refund. On Tuesday the 5th Its now Tuesday the 12th and my money has not returned as promised from the staff and management. The cashier Kiany didnt swipe my card and today me it would automatically return to my bank account.
