This is a friendly jcpenny. Reasonable & have great sales. I dont usually follow things like that, but, I do now!

I love ordering online from JCPenney and when things dont work out I just take them back to the store and the return desk is super helpful!

Had early Black Friday sales...definitely took advantage to shop early for Christmas

Good quality clothing as virtually other department store.

It was pleasant. I got 2 shirts and 2 pairs of pants. Nice to get prepared for the colder weather.

I dont know if I feel so sad or happy all the departments were like at least 2 or 3 pairs of couple with kids, and myself even do that you find whatever you need whit out asking where you can find anything. So sad.

No children fitting rooms had to go to ladies upstairs. Then back downstairs to pay. Two checkouts for 7 people. JC Penny has slipped way down for the old days. Only thing nice is still wiping down and being sanitized that really great

JC Penneys is a very good place to shop. You can find a variety of goods from household to clothing to bedding and more. Surprisingly very fine quality products especially home goods! Look for sales!

The whole east ridge mall is bad… big space, but no proper ambience and surroundings. Not a good mall to visit and spend time

Pick up is located by the parking lot entrance to Jcpenney. Staff is friendly. Store is really clean.

I do like this store but my size is almost never available.I also wish they had a dedicated return and exchange area, it would help with excessively long waiting time.

Prices are reasonable, and I can usually find clothes to fit me.

I like this JC Penny ... I just wish they had my size in clothing items. I went to buy shorts for Summer... no shorts in my size. So I decided to try a shirt... No luck again. 😔

JCPenney is a great place to shop. The store has enough space to shop around. Great remodeling. The associates are nice and decent. This store is one of favorite. You can ask the associates all the time, they are so helpful. I would give them 5 start for their services.

Understaffed, not inclusive in jewelry for the bigger girls. Steep prices for lower quality. Sad to see it go down.

I came to pick up a blouse gifted to. The order was placed and included my name for contact and delivery. Clerk refused to release merchandise because when she brought up transaction she said it said nothing of the sort. Even after showing her email from Penneys she was hesitant but complied. At that point she didnt want to see my Id for pick up

COVID friendly service!

The only reason im giving them 2 out of the 3 is because the signage is terrible i drove around the lot and they where i didnt think theyd be because its not even in front of the store its next door for curbside pickup and the signs are terrible. But after waiting for 10 minutes i got so notification I had to walk inside. why even offer something you dont offer. DONT OVER PROMISE AND UNDELIVER TAKE DOWN CURBSIDE ITS NOT A THING.

The shopping experience was OK. The pricing in mens department is good. However the selection is not. I was able to to find only a few suits in Mens 40R, which should be very common for average height- weight people in USA. The cashier was helpful.

I have shopped at JCPenney for many years now. The store is so nice and clean, peaceful and quiet. Only issue for me is, you cannot seem to find any help. What I do like most is you dont have sales associates in your face always trying to sell you something. I can always shop in peace.

Have been going to the Salon for over 8 years. My cosmetologist, Tu, is excellent and deserves 5 stars. But the Salon went from a thriving, busy great salon with anywhere from 8 to 12 cosmetologists working at any given time to 1 on Monday evenings. Not sure whats going on with the salon but Tu does outstanding work. Be sure to ask for Tu when you book an appointment!

Forget all those other trendy stores. Theres a reason this company has been around so long... Its really worth shopping at.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The pickup and return section is so incompetent it’s ridiculous. The one girl at the register took an hour to deal with 2 customers. When I finally got up they couldn’t find my order! Took them another 30 minutes to figure out they canceled it because they didn’t have my size. Why even have it listed as available if you don’t got it? When I brought up how inconvenient the whole thing was they mentioned I should have got an email. I get this email 30 minutes after leaving the place. Terrible ordering system with even worse employees.

I am nostalgic about this place. Have never seen so many senior citizens at work as i do here. Huge, spacey and rarely feel overcharged and reasonable choices

Not giving any stars for the moment. I really didnt purchase anything. Should give it a one star on customer service and how quickly a customer gets through paying. The lines at the cash register took way to long, i put the items down and went to another store. I hope when I worked at j.c. pennys I didnt take that long and gave customers the service they deserve. Quick and friendly.

The Online Returns are quick and easy!As long as they have enough people behind control havent had a issue reruening items makes it easier when you order online!

Jcpenny as a whole is misleading and deceptive. Got stuck with a credit card after being asked if I wanted to sign up for rewards. I asked the cashier, Is this a credit card and she said, No. Im a 20 year old woman and I believe I was targeted because of my age. Please people dont let younger family/friends shop there without telling them about my story! Low and behold this is something that is a common complaint withing JCPenny. I actually found a Reddit post that discusses this very topic. Shame on JCpenny no wonder you guys are going under...

It was better before when there were good deals to be had. Now everything is overpriced and on sale for more than it is worth. The sephora inside doesnt take sephora coupons or gift cards..

JCPenny is a good place in the mall if youre looking for neat, clean, and sophisticated. Prices maybe a bit pricy, but from my experience staff is very friendly and helpful. If you enter from the parking lot on the first floor it is very easy to identify a mens restroom, but not so much a ladies room.

They sell petite sizes for women. Reasonably priced.

This is a cool spot to spend a few dollars. Sometimes its nice to feel the fabric and smell the fragrances that only brick and mortar stores offer.

These people do not honor the advertisement that they display on the pricetag. After speaking with a manager regarding incorrect sales tag she reudly said: oh sorry, that wasnt us. It must have been a customer trying to get a good deal she then walked away although I had another concern. Really unprofessional.

No wonder JC Penny is going out of business. Cashiers are few and far between. None in ladies dept. Then tried to buy large appliance but no sales rep. in sight. Lower level womens dept sales reps are a joke. All gossiping and ignoring customers. No one needs to hear about your wild weekend, dear.

JCPenney is better than Walmart, Target or Kohls. Great brands, styles, quality, and prices.

I love JCPenneys. Ive been going here for as long as I can remember. Very courteous customer service and my favorite thing is ordering online and picking up my order shipping free, at the Eastridge store.

Decent store, u get nearly everything here.
