The worst experience I’ve ever had is with this Walmart I live in Pennsylvania I’ve been trying to send a picture to my mother in Smithfield North Carolina, this Walmart is the worst Walmart I’ve ever dealt with in my life they put you on hold for 20 minutes and then they hang up the phone I’ve been trying to send a picture for over a month now and I still have no answers don’t even know if the picture ever reach the store because they just keep putting me on hold and never coming back to the phone and then hanging up do not deal with this Walmart in Smithfield North Carolina it is the worst Walmart in the world. The photo department sucks😡😡😡

ThHIS WAS THE FIRST TIME AND THE LAST TIME THAT I WILL EVER SHOP ON LINE WITH LOUSY WALMART. I ORDER ON LINE AND IT TOOK FOREVER FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER. TRYING TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE TO UNDERSTAND, IS LIKE PULLING DOG GONE TEETH. (AND THAT IS NOT THE WORD I WANT TO SAY) AS MUCH MONEY AS PEOPLE PUT UP INTO WALMART, THERE SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE A WHOLE LIT BETTER THEN THIS. SHAME ON YOU

Contact number is disconnected at main office with no other contact number listed. Local Walmart customer service is just as bad; the people act as though they own the store and many arent willing to help. The product warranty, on Walmart products, arent being honored at our local Walmarts.

Every shopper that Ive communicated with in the isles, were friendly.

The store has groceries, sporting goods, clothing, etc. Better prices than Fred Meyer. Had problems with the online shopping but overall, its a good place to shop.

Ran out of bags due to upper management not ordering a proper amount.

Did the grocery pick up, it was horrible.

I like this Walmart. Its close to my house and has most of the things I might want to buy from one day to the next. The prices are good although the nearby Dollar Tree beats them on some prices.Everything is made in China, of course, except for some of the clothing (which comes from Indonesia, Bangladesh and sometimes Latin American countries). Another thing I like about this store is that it seems to be understaffed. The reason this is an advantage is that they do not have troops of employees wandering the store asking me dumb questions like Did you find everything you wanted? or creeping up behind you and asking brightly Can I help you? That usually makes me jump a mile. Ive also tried their pickup option where you order online and pick up at the store. Shipping is free when you do this. It works out nicely.

They have most everything one needs, though they were out of what I wanted. Camp chairs in the summer. Who needs those? I do...

Out of 16 registers in the store, there are never more than 3 or 4 registers open, which means the lines r ridiculously long. Store is always dirty and no matter how many pallets of merchandise they have blocking aisles, the shelves seem to always stay empty. Theres nobody ever at the jewelry dept or game dept, etc.... best walmart to go to is off Almaden expressway and highway 85.

One stop shop for your everyday household needs and good prices on food.

Horrible store. Money order machine broken for over a month. Employees dont smile, greet you, or appear to be happy to be there.

Walmart like any other is the same ol same ol However this one is dirty and unorganized. The park lot is decent. Wish they could improve the place though.

This store is dreary, dingy, tiny, and busy, with few staff, disorganized shelves, and long lines. Its no joke; this place really is depressing.

Most of the Walmarts are big, this one is not that big, but it has everything need.

This is not a full Walmart store, lacking on so many things and so dirty. Dont go here go to the other Walmart off 85.

I grew up going to this Wal-Mart. It has a McDonalds in it even though theres one on the other side of the parking lot.
