Best Doughnut Shop in the East Side of San Jose. Always fresh. They offer specialty coffees as well. Staff is super friendly, family owned and run. My favorite breakfast sandwich is the #5.

Quick service and good variety of donuts. Usually on a Sunday they would run out, but last Sunday they were stacked.

Ordered donuts at 9am from DoorDash and when they got here they were hard as a rock… not fresh at all !! Donuts are supposed to stay fresh for a whole day. So I feel like they gave me old donuts. Glaze is supposed to be gooey not hard and cracking

I have been going to Dawns Donuts for years. The donuts are fresh and delicious. The service is friendly and prompt. Found out about Dawns from my son when he was in high school. He and his friends were regular costumers there. Our whole family loves Dawns Donuts!

Tried this out with a friend. We ordered the same thing but he asked for extra cheese on his. They neglected my order and my friend asked for my sandwich, they made it with extra cheese. Sooo much cheese I couldnt take 3 bites. Gross amounts. The latte I ordered tastes like hot milk, and the iced mocha my friend ordered was steaming hot. He liked the sandwich though and the donuts. I didnt bother with the donuts, I was done.

Back in 2001 I worked security at that shopping center. I went to the donut store and i seen this cambodian woman working behind the counter. I also seen her with her kids inside the store a few hours before i cam in. As i was buying some donuts, I told her she has nice family of kids. She gave me the most meanest look i have ever seen. I hope she doesnt work there anymore with that attitude. But the donuts are good.:-)

We have been coming here since we were kids. This morning i witnessed something so inhumane that i will never ever go back.The owner belittling a homless man sitting outside of the cafe. He accused homeless man of stealing a cup of coffee! The homless man had money in his hand. No one in the shop acknowledged him he took his coffee layed out the money on the table and waited for the line t die down. He had no right to kick the homeless customer. We cannot allow the mistreatment of our homeless brothers and sisters.
