Been using Arrow for quite a while now and never had a problem, to the point it is easier, cheaper and quicker to order through these guys then going to the local down the road. These guys get stuff quicker to me from overseas, than I get here in Australia. AA++ Keep up the good work.
Terrible customer service. I ordered a part online and paid in full. A few weeks later, I received a collections notice from them. When I tried to call in and get things resolved, the representatives were incredible rude and refused to help. It took months for me to get it settled. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
The person named Leek that answers the phone is very very rude, nasty, and doesnt understand why when you have a complaint you have to know who he is or who you are talking to. He says it doesnt matter who he is he works there. Hope hes not the owner and if so what a horrible way to do business. -
