I have no idea with I spoke, but she was tremendous. We have family that recently moved to the area and are staying in a temporary place until they find a home. I wanted to make sure they had a nice welcome basket with food, water, snack, wine, etc after very long travel. All The Buzz nailed it. The customization of the basket was tremendous. After I explained the situation of the move and the structure of the family, the woman who took my order added all the local and personal touches to make it just perfect. Our family received the basket today and were reduced to tears from how thoughtful and personalized everything was. I love this place. This was outstanding customer service. I was looking for a unique way to celebrate completing two certifications for work. Im over celebrating with dinner or flowers and was looking for something fun. So I talked to Shawn at All the Buzz, and she invited me and my three children to take a tour of the workshop! She was so open and friendly and made us feel right at home as she shared new purchases from a recent conference shed been to. This place is Fabulous! Excellent communication,! Called them to confirm they could deliver on a certain day, answered quickly and very polite. I placed my order on line and within a couple of hours they asked me if I wanted to sign the card I attached so the recipient would know who it is from. I emailed them back. Then I got a call from the delivery driver telling me no one was home and would I like them to leave the basket on the porch, someone near by or re deliver it. I would absolutely use this place again!! Thank you for the great customer service.

Got my grandfather the California platter. It was so good that my grandmother had to yell at my uncles to leave their father’s Father’s Day gift alone. He loved it, and grandma liked it so much she asked me to order one for a friend that had moved away.
