Justin the service manager was excellent. He came out to our house and oriented us to all the spa mechanics and how to use the chemicals properly to keep our spa sparking clean. This is the worst company that weve ever dealt with is we bought a spa back in February you still have not received it and theyve contacted as twice after us going back-and-forth trying to get ahold of them they do not want to ever return your calls I would never ever in my life tell someone to go there and buy a spa Is there customer service is the worst

This is my first review ever, but I felt compelled to write one because this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. When I placed my order for my spa my sales man said I would receive a call the following day to confirm my order was placed. When I didnt receive a call I called them back and left a message. I didnt hear back for two days, so I called again and left a message. It took longer than a week for them to call me back. I didnt worry because at least the spa was ordered and they said 4-6 weeks. It took 6 months and numerous calls with no call backs before it was finally delivered. When they finally delivered it, they were an hour later than the 30 min warning call, then they ripped down my lights in my yard trying to get it in the gate. They didnt fix them and left them laying on the ground. After I filled up the tub and it didnt work I called and left a message. Surprise surprise it took two days to return my call. They put me on the schedule for two days out. Then the day of the alleged appointment they said they could not make it for another week. Currently waiting still waiting for my spa to work.

Justin is on time, fast and took his time explaining exactly what I need and what I dont. Hes knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Needed information about the set-up of the hot tub at our home. Also found out, it was purchased in 2006 by the previous owner of this property from this location.

These guys are very hard to work with. They refused to drain a spa before working on it. They wanted me to buy a pump and do it myself.
