I bought one of their explosion proof inline fans to vent fumes from my paint booth. I requested 2-day shipping. A week later, it still had not shipped, so I called and cancelled my order. I had issues finding an explosion proof inline fan elsewhere that was under $400, so I gave them another chance and ordered another fan. When it arrived, I found out it was not an inline fan as I could only attach duct to one side of the fan. I attempted to return it and contacted them via email, and phone and was unable to return as no one responded or followed up. A few weeks later, I received a 2nd fan that I did not order or pay for. I again tried to contact them, but without any success, so now I have 2 of these fans that are completely useless to me. I guess I could sell them both to get the money back I spent on 1 but would have preferred to do a simple return for the money I spent. Theyre customer service is non existent.

Went to check out this establishment recently and was nothing but satisfied. Got excellent service from all of the staff members who are all friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. Good company, competitive pricing, with a fairly knowledgeable staff. We have had problems in the past with them, but since then, they have removed the worker who seemed to just get on everyones nerves. Daniel is an expert and can point you in the direction you need though. Give them a shot.

Nothing but troubles from their customer service as well as with recieving my order. Ordered an oven and 2 pumps. I get a call the day everything is supposed to arrive from based off of what their customer service rep told me, I was told my order havent been shipped because my pumps were out of stock. Why didnt you contact me when you figured out they werent in stock? Then when that got resolved they told me everything would go out on the same shipment that day. Monday comes around and I receive one pump that was next day air to me. Tuesday(today) comes around and I just received my second pump with ground shipping labeled on the package. Still no oven... So it seems to me that you guys sent my equipment with 3 different shipment methods. 1st pump next day. 2nd pump ground shipping. Vacuum oven well we will see when that gets here. I had the resources to pick up my stuff on Saturday but the rep told me everything would be here Saturday if not Monday at the latest, so not to waste my time and gas. Well you guys are wasting my time..

First and foremost I would like to say thanks to the entire Bhogart team! Ive been working with and referring people to them since they were in a storage container in a back yard.This industry has changed a LOT since then, and what I can say is that the Bhogart tean has changed and grown at the same time.Anytime I had an idea... they would custom build a prototype to see if it worked... anytime I asked for pretty much anything... if they didnt have it... next time I came in they did have It!They have branded and put together or built all of the stuff that you might need in the extraction industry.No one can deny that their pricing is more than competitive... I remember when Bhogart first received Vaccum Ovens... they had all of the features that didnt come standard w the Ais (like being able to backgas with nitrogen) and like $1000 cheaper. The industry had to adjust the pricing after that.The staff... like all companies that grew from 4 people to what they are now, experienced some growing pains, but have worked through and weeded out the few bad apples that snuck through the screening process. I feel that the staff they have now are all committed to their collective vision of being in the the company to help people with knowledge and customer service.I recommend them to people I consult with... (usually because they bought something inferior and I need to get it up to my standards of safety.) And they become their Go to after that...The guys are all good... Tom, Kevin, David, and all the others...I dont normally leave reviews but... in this case... I had to...CBD PETE
