Kevin with United rentals responds fast and is great to work with. When we did have a problem with one of the lifts United rentals had it fixed right away.

All parties involved in helping me set-up my rental did a great job and were easy to reach.

The flatbed utility trailer I reserved online was not what the dealer had for me but ended up giving me one that was comparable so I was satisfied.

On my previous rental I was overcharged and nobody was able to help me or give me a refund. I was able to to contact the branch, spoke to someone and they said that the manager was going to call me back. Have not heard from anyone in months.

I tried to Rent a material lift but according to them I cant Rent it because Im driving a Uhaul pick up truck. Thats crazy since I just want to use the pick up truck to carry that material lift to job site. You dont suppose to have insurance for your tools? Just a big waste of time and money for a service united rental cant provide. You should say this info when I talked to your salesperson on the phone. This is a really bad excuse to make customers only use their pick up trucks. Be careful to use their services!
