We had a brief, thorough walk through of what maintenance was completed on the vehicle upon arrival. A small plus was that they were able to fix the light in my cup holder that had fallen off inside of the console at no additional cost. It was a pleasant experience. Appreciate the help!

Good experiences every time I took the car to Beshoff. Service managers take time to explain the problem with your car in detail and possible solution. Waiting lounge is clean and well maintained. Couple of minor complaints, but overall I recommend Beshoff.

They sent me a message before starting the oil change, asking me to confirm the final price and preventing any bad suprise. I bought a car the ends of November in 2020 and Julio helped us through the whole process and explained price breakdown, importance of maintenance, etc. I loved the car!! Unfortunately 3 weeks later I was involved in an accident where the car became a total loss but luckily they had just added the same car into their inventory so I knew to ask for Julio for my second purchase! Julio was amazing once again and even brought my payment down lower than before along with a better warranty! I was so happy with my second purchase once again even though it was the same car! Very unprofessional. I made an appointment with Amy Nguyen see a car I wanted to buy today. I drove 1 hour to the dealership and they told me that car was sold YESTERDAY and they try to sell me another. Waisted 2 hour of my time.By the way the Car was not sold before I arrived. It was sold a day before and I was told that car is available and when came to the dealership they told me it sold yesterday and if I was interested in buying the other ones.

An absolute a horrible experience! Sold me a q50 red sport (used) with out run flat tires in which the sales man specifically said were on the car. Had me come back to get a pair of used run flats...the white material below the actual tire tread was showing through. They finally, with a lot of arm twisting put a new set of run flats on the car. They told me the breaks had about 6 months life left...I had to replace front rotors and pads within 1 month. Then the car over heats and is losing coolant 4 separate times. At this point I refused to go back to this horrible dealership and took the car to Stevens Creek Infiniti to let them do the repair work. Sludge was also found in the motor. I wouldnt recommend San Jose Infiniti to my worst enemy. Thinking of all the shady b.s. these guys tried pulling with me makes me want to vomit!

I have to give it to Phillip at San Jose Infinity for a great level of car knowledge, welcoming behavior, and non-pushy attitude. I didn’t buy a car yet as my girlfriend and I were shopping around to see the newest Infinity models and whoa they really stepped their game up. But when we are ready, we will definitely come back here and ask for Phillip!
