As the general contractor for James Jacobson Construction, SplashWorks is definitely the place to get all of your plumbing fixtures, sinks, and knobs/pulls. The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and overall are a pleasure to work with. Also, the store is very clean and the displays give you a great idea of the different types of finishes you can use when it comes to choosing your knobs/pulls and matching it to your plumbing fixtures. You can see in these photos from a kitchen I remodeled that the products they provide are beautiful and the quality is excellent that lasts for years upon years!

My designer scheduled an appointment at SplashWorks early in the pandemic. Eric provided excellent direction when we discussed all the areas needing plumbing and fixtures. Narrowing of choices is the hardest for me and he did a great job highlighting the ones that fit my taste. In photos everyone has commented on the wet bar area, especially the sink.

The entire team at SplashWorks gave me professional and helpful guidance when picking our new master bathroom plumbing fixtures. Erics quote was 100% accurate and all items arrived per the timeframe he noted on my order. Best part was that we found one item was unnecessary (toilet trim piece) because of the location of our toilet. So unlike online orders, I drove the unused item down to SplashWorks for a full refund, immediately, and no restocking fee! I cant wait to remodel my kitchen in the future and will most definitely be going back to SplashWorks for all my plumbing needs!

Eric was instrumental in our bathroom renovation. The vanity, all fixtures, tub and medicine cabinet were all purchased at Splashworks. We explained what we wanted and he made suggestions that made the selection process so much easier! The result is a beautiful quality bathroom! My experience was the same as the others who left bad reviews. Overpriced, late, and no help at all after the sale. How are they still in business? I cant recommend them to anyone. Ordering online might yield better customer service than their DIY experience

SplashWorks and especially Tino were absolute amazing to work with. Our family has been working on a home project all the way in Vietnam, and Tino has provided us with not only excellent quality products but also even better customer service. Between finding ways to send our products back to Vietnam in the midst of a pandemic, and staying responsive despite the time difference, Tino was a true professional and made sure that we were pleased with what we got. And we were definitely please with what we got. Our kitchens, bathrooms, bar rooms and other areas in the houses are all equipped with sinks and faucets from SplashWorks, as well as toilets, showerheads, bathtubs, etc. Having lived in our new home for almost 2 months already, all the items are working perfectly and look amazing. I purchased a kitchen faucet from these guys several years ago which is really great quality. I was so happy with it that I came back last week to buy a quality replacement bathroom faucet for my parents house. They helped me find the right model with a photo over email of the bathroom and had it ready for pickup in less than a week. The quality is just as great as the kitchen faucet they helped with before.

Items were broken, the finish was incorrect, parts were missing etc. resulting in significant delays to my project. For a business that caters in elite quality products their procurement ability and quality control is terrible.My suggestion: Go into the store, find what you want and order from somewhere else.

Was provided a quote and I verified the quote multiple times before placing the order. After placing the order and paying a 50% deposit, I received an email back informing me that my cost would now be $2000 higher due to a mistake by Splashworks. The owner did nothing but say either I accept the new cost or hes cancelling my order. Cant be trusted....

I would give this place a 10 stars if I could. We worked with Tino on our master bathroom remodel. He is always very prompt to answer our questions, provide updated quotes and also resolve any issues that came up. We are very happy with the quality of the products and also the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I want to like this place. They have a nice wide selection of high quality bathroom and kitchen equipment, but they are really no help on installing (do it yourself or have your own contractor) and everything is really expensive and mostly available elsewhere for less. So... Why would you buy here when you can order the same online our at Lowes with a decent installer from them.

Lots of very nice examples and choices. They cater to more the high end, but prices are good for the quality of what they carry. Staff is very helpful and not pushy, which I appreciate.

This store stole over $100 dollars of my money.I went to this store because I wanted to support local businesses. Initially they were very helpful with my order, until I purchased things and then they treated me terribly.First issue I came into the store to buy things for my bathroom remodels. My contractor told me what I needed to get and I planned to buy that. The woman there Joanne also showed my some fancy drains. I thought the looked nice, and I talked to her a lot about what exactly my plans for my shower was and she told me that the drain I purchased, on her suggestion, would work in my shower. It did not. There were three parts to the drain, none of which my contractor could use. When I tried to explain this she completely refused to acknowledge that she sold me something I couldnt use. She flat out said my contractor was wrong. My contractor obviously knows more about my shower that she does, she should have been willing to admit that she made a mistake. I was only able to return one of the 3 parts. The other 2 were a waste of my money and the store refused to take responsibility for selling me the wrong item. If for some reason you choose this store, dont listen to them. They just want to sell things not help people.Second issue, I ordered two bathroom faucets. I received one. I trusted the store to get my order correct, this was a mistake on my part. I asked the man who gave me the order if there was a problem if I could come back and they would fix it. He claimed that I could. Later when there was an issue I told this to Joann, and she said He didnt mean that. I tried to tell them that I was missing a faucet and they basically interrogated me about it. They went around talking to each other saying things like, IF I was missing the faucet it would be in the back, IF it was missing why didnt I call right away? It was extremely unprofessional. It turns out that Joanne had ordered 2 of the shower heads systems for my hall bathroom and no faucet for my master bathroom. I had assumed that the shower head with bar was in two boxes because it was a bigger item, so I hadnt noticed this yet. When she figured out her mistake, rather than admit this and apologize for wasting my time. She basically accused me of having an extra thing I didnt bring back. I had to make another trip to go get this and come back again to return it. And not so much as a simple apology for the mistake or for all the accusatory IF statements.I should bring them to court for the lost money, but I think its worth $100 dollars to never have to speak to or deal with such awful people anymore.If for some reason you choose to do business with this company I sincerely hope you do not face any issues. They do not care about their customers, they only care about making money. Once they have yours they will stop being nice.

I worked closely with Alison, but everyone there is happy to help, regardless.Alison helped me find the perfect main kitchen sink and Franke faucet for our new home. She showed me all the sinks and faucets in the showroom, and while beautiful, it didn’t quite meet my needs. Instead of saying bye and good luck, she opened up the manufacturer showroom catalog/books and we leafed through several pages to look at different styles together. I appreciate the all the time she spent with me educating me about different finishes and styles. We ended up configuring a custom Julien sink with a drain board to meet my needs. I never felt like she rushed me through anything, and she did not pressure me to purchase every single item that I asked her to bid-out for me. The whole sales and purchasing experience was completely transparent - she provided me with accurate quotes and when there was a price change, she would phone me to discuss the extra charges so there are no surprises. She would call me to update me on the order status and when the items arrived. They held my order for weeks until my contractor was ready for them, and when I came to pick them up, the staff was happy to assist me with loading it into my car! White glove and honest service from beginning to end from my neighborhood bath and kitchen store. I will forever speak highly of Splashworks!

Large master bath emergency remodel after the washer flooded the house. I went to 2 other places and left empty handed as the prices were astronomical and the people working there not very helpful. I went to Splashworks on the recommendation of my designer and worked with both Tino & Eric who were unfazed by the fact that I wanted nice things that werent necessarily the most expensive. Plus, they were incredibly knowledgeable (my own offline Search Engine) as I told them what I needed, style, price range, etc. I was able to cross off everything on my list in a very short time after spending hours pouring online over all the possibilities.Also, I ordered one less cabinet pull and Tino was able to order it for me as a sample and gave it to me free. When I realized my sinks were too big for the cabinet, Tino spend the morning searching for one that fit in the style I wanted and helped me easily return the ones I previously bought.I highly recommend this place. Lovely inventory/showroom, reasonable prices (its not Home Depot so dont expect super cheap), and super knowledgeable staff. Made my stressful situation great. I love the new Masterbath! Oh and my designer (Emanate Designs) is amazing too.

Splashworks just saved my Christmas Eve party... My kitchen sink blew today, and of course that brand is no longer sold in the US. I called and they had several to choose from in the store, was able to rush down and purchase right away, and the price was reasonable. Plumber on the way to install! Thank you Splashworks.
