Very nice mall. Still seems alive. Lots of stores. Many different types of stores. Food court has lots of selection but only one of each: Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, fast food, sandwich.
This aesthetically pleasing movie theater has spacious seatings, clean restrooms with other modern amenities. It shows the latest blockbusters in HD and Dolby fidelity surround sound screens with competitive ticket fees. However, concession stand offers the usual movie munchies at slightly higher than average prices, as there are tons of eateries outside of the theater in the food court ---smuggled foods and drinks into theater is not allowed;) A surprisingly family friendly movie theater in the ghetto (ahem, East Josey) side of SJ, highly recommend!
Its a mall, what can you really say. They above made great strides over the past few years to update and renew the space and there is always parking.The store selection is limited, but if you need it, they have a post office inside which Ive found very helpful on the past.Hoping they open more stores in the future and potentially let local small businesses rent out space to help promote and grow this community. Pop up shops could do wonders for small business and would make me think about visiting more often.
Ive been here a few times during the height of the pandemic (assuming the worst has passed). Theres a very noticeable difference, particularly in the parking the mall itself is one of the better malls that I frequent. One thing nocable about the place is the amount of families that are walking around together.
We saw Dune In the imax and it was great. The movie is wonderful in the theater. The theater was imax What can I say?

How depressing it is to come to Eastridge Mall. Since this place has gone under a new management (use to be own by Westfield), we hardly come here anymore even though we live just 5 mins away. Eastridge has lost its vibe of the place to be and with the lost of Barnes and Nobles, we don’t see any reason to come around. They need to up their game if they want to compete with Valley Fair or even Oakridge. We rather drive further away than to come to Eastridge.
I worked every department store in this mall as a teenager. 30 years later and I can tell the new generation how much has changed. The mall has expanded over the years and as it brings in new stores, its exciting to watch. I also enjoy the food court, arcade, and gym!
I havent been there in a long time. I am so happy that I went today. The place is so clean and the employees are very friendly. I just love that they have Sears there. We came to the only T-Mobile store there seeking for help with some issues with our phone and subscription plans. We were assisted by a very friendly and skilled associate who patiently walked us through all the steps needed to get it done. Great service and highly recommended!
Used to be a vibrant mall in the old days. Still good but just like any other mall is not the same anymore. How about we make affordable housing from malls?
The mall is okay theres not a lot of stores in it. but it is very spacious open and not busy during the weekdays of course everybodys working. But they do have threading for the eyebrows there and she did my Hannah but it didnt come out I paid for it anyway my daughters eyebrows came out great there is a beauty supply there some of the girls there are okay and some of them try to be patronizing. all know its a good mall there is a barber shop that is not open all the time so you have to look for the hours
I still have a complaint. Google map does not give a good direction not only for to and from the mall but also inside the mall. Thankfully the weather was nice.

I got tested for covid outside of the mall at a drive thru trailer. It was quick safe and convenient. Call the night before. We had the results within a half hour. Negative yeah 😌
Lots of new shops and lots of old stores with new upgraded technology and designs. No pressure to dress up like a million dollars just to go shopping and a decent food court.
Great mall good stores like shoe palace, champs, comic book/ anime store, a store were you can hang out with kittens, and round one arcade and bowling for teens and adult.

A good thing about Eastridge Mall is the ability to park much closer to the particular store youre going to. As compared to Oakridge Mall or The Great Mall.If youre going to the Post Office, park either far northeast or far southeast. If youre going to the Food Court park right about middle southeast, between Chilis and the Mall entrance, just east of the parking structure. Trying to find a space in the parking structure isnt really worth the effort.A drawback of Eastridge is car break-ins. Car alarms can be going off while somebodys taking the CD player and it wont even be noticed. Mostly those are in November and December when the parking lots are all full.Eastridge is great when youre in a pinch for fast food to take home. Again, park between Chilis and the entrance NNW of Chilis. Angkorian Express, just inside that entrance, on the ground floor, is the best choice by far. Then there are ten or 12 more restaurants right up that escalator.
Not too crowded like other malls which is good for the social distance but not many good stores there

Love to go here to drink some brewskies/eat some food and maybe catch a movie. I like that theres a ton of entertainment for kids and adults.
If you go for shoe raffles they have 2 shoe palaces inside the mall and 1 outside by the foodmax....thats 3 that you can sign up for.....good luck! They mostly release general releases but you can still sell some pairs for profit.
Will Eastridge shopping center has seen better days Sears has no clothes there thats sad but you going to the mall the era stress is left the new shops and the sales are great Shop til You Drop Daniel James abstract artists love peace and soul
We had a great day there which included window shopping while enjoying a Starbucks beverage. And then DELICIOUS lunch in the food courtyard. And finished off with a great movie.

It’s a mall. Pretty clean and there’s a lot of stores open in it, which is rare nowadays. Round 1 is a great arcade to check out that also has bowling and pool.

Covid Clinic- wasted 40 mins going around Eastridge Mall in circles to locate. The bot answering the toll free number gave 2 useless responses in answer to my questions. Finally had to call a friend. The Clinic is a pair of trailers opp AMC Theaters and near Chilis. Testing was drive through, quick and efficient. Hope the results will be, too.
The Earths most relaxing spot! How could it be that shopping is a stress reliever? I enjoy shopping. Everybody does it. They were in the mall every weekend, most of the people. Spending time with family and friends or even a single mall goer loves walking and shopping here. I was really grateful to this malls creator for building it here and making us happier while we were sluggish.

I loved the shopping mall so much, particularly the people who provide the best service in the world. Theyve got beautiful smiles, elegance, poise, and beauty thats matchless. Its fine! All the products are lawful and of high quality! Its the cheapest place to buy!
Slightly older mall that is well filled with interesting stores
I havent been to the mall in a while, and being there recently reminded me why. Although the mall and stores themselves were clean, the clothing racks were in disarray making it impossible to find my size without looking through each item. I will be reverting back to online shopping for the foreseeable future.

It was pretty empty inside so the 6ft apart rule was easy to follow. The store we needed to go to was actually open, which was great.

Nice modern-looking mall that looks a little similar to Westfield Valley Fair.
Despite COVID affecting a lot of operations that take place in a mall, I can confidently say that this place has adapted well. The restaurants such as Olive Garden and Red Robin, the movie theater, and bowling alley are some of the attractions here and despite covid, these and the rest of the places at Eastridge have kept service quick and quality high.

Eastridge Mall is okayI lost a lot of stores they dont really have too many great stores to shop in they really need to put some more stores and some more good food to eat and their food court they remodeled it it looks okay but it needs to be upgraded Ill go there once in awhile 💗🥰

Im really enjoying this mall. Ive been here for about 4 hours. I havent been to malls a long time because it just seemed to be dead. This mall is a Hopping partying placed with so many different stores to shop at. Cuz so many places to eat at all over the place not just in the food court. Theres chairs and Lounge places every corner your turn you find one. Tons of parking. This evening cute little train that drive for the whole Mall in the upstairs 2 show you whats around kind of like a little kids train if you will. But adults can write on it too. Come visit the small Im sure youll have a great time.
I miss all the shops inside the mall. I wish they all open again. Love this mall a lot. ❤❤
Good place to waste their money
Both stores I visited had people working there who were looking down their noses at me due to the backpack I was wearing at the time. Not everyone who has a backpack is homeless, let alone a theif. I use the backpack to carry items I buy because I was on a bike and needed to keep my hands free.

Best shopping place! There are plenty of shops with various categories, such as clothing, accessories, household, and sportswear. Its just an ideal place for fun and shopping. And its easier to spend a whole day heading out. My time wasnt adequate to find the best for me. Next time Ill be here!
Why does this mall get so hot inside?? Needs better air ventilation. Stores are not so great. Take the drive to Oakridge mall.

This shopping center is a big one! A perfect place for all of us! Its very safe to be here, and theres a big parking lot, too. Highly recommended for all shoppers!
A couple of years ago I wouldnt give a dime for this mall, but last time we visited it was a completely different experience.The mall was renovated, looks clean and the stores are on point.You can find anything from clothes, jewelry, food, video games, major retailers, a bowling alley, movie teather and much more!.Im not advertising for the mall but everytime I went there I felt so comfortable walking down the big carpeted alleys that I almost forgot I was there.We love this mall for the movie teather and the bowling alley, but it is also great for our business as their USPS office is open on Saturday till 7pm and sometimes we need a little extra time to ship stuff.Lastly, you can always find parking space as the parking lot as it is HUGE!
Always a bare minimal satisfying visit
I was shopping at Victoria Secret today and so so very disappointed with the Manager & Sale Associates . I asked for some assistance on some items that didnt have any tags and the girl on the sales floor told me to ask at the register ? I couldnt believe how lazy these women are and instead helping the customers, they are just standing around talking with each other.Now Im at the register waiting to pay for my items and the line is so dam long because this one customer is holding up the line ..I dont understand why they couldnt open up another register ? Meanwhile everyone is getting frustrated and when I told the manager, she didnt seem to care and keep trying to talk over me . This store has gone down hill and I dont plan on shopping in store no anymore .
It is ni5 but if it is cleaner it would be better
