Tak Market was recently renovated an is probably the cleanest corner market in the city of San Jose. More importantly, the selection of local craft beers is enormous. The entire side wall of the market is given over to cold beer in 16oz cans. Stop here before hanging out with friends and you’re sure to be invited back.

The woman at the cashier has been so nice every time we go there and buy Flor de Caña she even gets us some fresh lime

This place is awesome, nice selection of beers, seltzers, wines, etc. Good amount of snack choices to please your salty or sweet mood and even a few quick grocery pick ups and toiletry items which have saved my day on a few occasions. The staff is very friendly, say hello and have some manners and youll agree, walk in with an attitude and this family will put you in your place, but thatll be your own fault not theirs. My experiences have been lovely and I will definitely continue coming here and supporting this family owned business

Extremely rude woman at this place, I recommend you avoid it, there are lots of liquor stores here in the area with great friendly people. Hopefully they go out of business and the next proprietors dont have gigantic tree limbs stuck in uncomfortable places.

This place is a hidden gem. One of the best beer and liquor selections in the south bay with great prices. Great people as well. Only issue is that the hours posted are never followed. They always close before 11 even on days when they claim to be open until midnight. Very frustrating at times.

I used to go here years ago, for my evening 40, when I was couch-surfing in the hood. It was your typical janky likker sto.I went there today because I really wanted a beer, and wow. Its like a Library Of Congress of beers! Ive never seen Spaceballs: The Beer anywhere else. Neat, clean, and endless, endless, obscure brews. And the ladies working there are nice, too!A real treasure.
