Ive bought a couple things from them. First thing I bought was a training straight sword, which arrived in a few days. Packaging was standard, and there was nothing to complain about. The second thing I bought was a decision that I later wanted to change. Customer service was quick to help set up the refund, and I got my money back in a couple days. Overall had a great experience with them, and I would recommend this shop to yall.

I order from them all the time for my martial arts school. They offer so many options other suppliers dont. Their spears and broadsword selection is awesome. Their broadswords have held up well in practice and competition. I have always received my order quickly and accurately. Never had a problem with any items I have ordered from them. This is a review of an in-person visit, not an online purchase. I went into the warehouse today. I live nearby and wanted to avoid shipping costs for a heavy item. The person who helped me was kind and knowledgeable. I received great service in the store. It doesnt hurt that theres a very friendly, very puffy white dog who kept me company while I waited. I found out Kung Fu Direct is very active in the local martial arts community, and is the main organizer of a very large martial arts competition. I got a great price for the item I purchased, I doubt I could find a better price anywhere in the U.S.I repeat that I actually went to this warehouse. I have had no experience ordering online, but I did check the online shipping on the weapon I bought and it was substantial. I know this warehouse ships across the U.S. and that its online presence is much larger. This is a warehouse without a showroom, so you if you go in person, you need to know exactly what you want. You can use their webpage like I did if youd like to browse their wares. This is a pretty large warehouse with tons of stuff, but it might still be a good idea to call ahead to check if the item you want is in stock.I was very pleased overall and look forward to visiting again!

They have a huge warehouse for all sorts of martial things, I can get what I want there at once. Strongly recommend! The seller is very sincere and helpful, makes every effort to serve at all cost, no worries about instruct, repair and change.

They dealt with me fairly every time. Their Li Ning shoes are amazing for continuous sparring and fit exactly right.

Really great selection of Kung-fu weapons. I found many bagua items there that I havent found other places. They also have some premium weapons that are very nice!

Mr. Shen was very kind and patient on all 20+ requests I made (showing this sword and that sword) .Usually this kind of warehouses dont show/sell stuffs, but Mr. Shen still served me.At the end I bought a white wax staff for $26 (tax included).I am so glad that I made this visit.I think this is the only place you can buy weapons face to face in South Bay Area.The other store, Wing Lam Enterprise, is actually moved to Arizona.
