I constantly see their employees illegally using the HOV lanes, I find them highly unprofessional due to that fact.Edit: three weeks ago the owner responded saying that they would have training for their drivers, yet this morning on the 405 northbound around exit 5, yet another one of their drivers not only use the HOV lane, but blue pass me at a high rate of speed that was extremely dangerous. So much for training huh?

There service and ordering department is spot on. When service is required (typically when we mess something up) they are out quickly, and promptly solve our issues! Ordering is a quick phone call, and supplies show up, couldnt be happier!
