Awesome customer service experience. The staff is kind and welcoming. Family business for generations. I came in and was greeted. I got measured then got a shoe custom fitted to my feet. My shoes were trash, I had the pair I was wearing when I came in for almost two years. I immediately felt the difference with the shoes I purchased from here. No pressure, no pain, just pure comfort! I will be buying my shoes from here from now on.

Fantastic customer service. They took so much time with me to get just the right fit and were knowledgeable about the foot issue I have. Highly recommend. Surprised to see other negative reviews here. This was not my experience at all.

The employees here were absolutely amazing all 3 of them. The older women, can come off strong. Easily her approach can easily be mistaken as rude. Honestly her and the other two gentlemen were amazing and the woman was so amazing with her knowledge and suggestions. My grandfather has never been happier

DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL COST IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE YOUR MONEY OR ANY SHOES. IF YOU DO GO, GET READY FOR SMALL CLAIMS COURT. VERY VERY BAD PEOPLE WHO ARE FRAUD. IT IS NOW 8 MONTHS, THEY CHARGED ME AND MEDICARE (DOUBLE) AND NO SHOES OR INSOLES OR ANYTHING. THEY HAVE BEEN GETTING AWAY WITH THIS FOR FAR TOO LONG. ABC NEWS DID AN ARTICLE ON THEM IN 2014. JUST GOOGLE IT. THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS AND DRIVEN OUT OF THIS AREA.

The woman who I guess is the owner was very rude to her employee. I felt sorry for him the way she spoke to him. Not impressed with her customer service skills.

Terrible experience. Rude, lies and bad service. They should lose their Medicare DME ability. There must be better places in the area.

They talk big like they know, but sold me shoes a half size too big saying they custom fit. Tried twice to resolve it but they said no. Not even a discount on a new pair. Not friendly or even nice. Wanted to support but bad feelings.

They were very helpful. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted and welcomed. Very attentive to your individual needs for supportive footwear. I left with my purchase feeling very positive.

Liers. The minute you enter the store, they will talk non stop trying to confuse you and divert your focus. Then they will charge you even if they didn’t solve anything. They have no intention to help even if they can help. They will lie and will charge you for. Nothing.

Ordered an insert for my shoes and said they will call me in 2 weeks when its ready. 3 months past and never heard from them, never answer or return calls so I went back to the store, insert wasnt made and they even said I didnt have an order, good thing I saved the receipt. Another month past and finally I went to pick it up, but they made it wrong, tried to fix it, but it made my back and hips hurt everytime I use it. I tried to explain the problem but the owner is so rude even to her employee whos trying to be nice and listening to my problem. Owner sent the employee away from me. I paid $460 for something I cant use, made my problem worst, but wont give a refund or redo my order. Owner nice until she gets the order and $$$, then the RUDEST PERSON after. NEVER AGAIN!!! Were fantastic in helping me find shoes to accommodate a really bad foot and ankle injury. They take the time to listen, help you find shoes you like, and then fit or modify them as needed to best fit your foot.

Marge identified problems with my feet immediately & Jay made fittings and recommended/ordered orthotics & shoes. I was informed as each item was received at the store. I went in to pick all items up at the same time had a fitting for each and Im very pleased!

They always help me with any problems I have with my issues regarding my knee issues. They show proof of what they say . The manager woman there is serious about helping you not cranky at all. Jay is the best, he shows care and experience.

Once they have your cash they will avoid you at ALL costs! The owner is RUDE which gives her employees / family members to be rude. I would recommend u take your cash anywhere else but here. Fittings are terrific. Shoes can be anywhere from 1 month to 3 months out! Dont call us we will call you is exactly why the answering machine is on all day long. Makes u wonder if there is a cash flow problem with vendors not being paid or a drug problem going on in this store.

Let me tell you I never really give reviews and this one does not even deserve a 1 but I had to put something. The womenMarj. Bonsall who owes or runs the place is very rude, treats her staff like S***! She basically treats them all like they are stupid and she is the only one who can fix the problem or take care of the customer. I will never go back, I should of learned the 1st time I went when it took 6 months to get the shoes.This time was even worse! I was accused of not sending the payment which they spent 2 months prior. Hummm?Then her apology email states the following: Well, well, well, the problem is solved - sorry that this has taken place. We have the shoes and connecting the dotshas been our issue. Thanks for following up.Would you like for my staff to deliver the shoes?Marj. BonsallP.S. No good excuse - we do over 300 special orders monthly and thank goodness - only occasionally -some of these are on backorder for months, as our orders consist of challenging sizes and widths,custom products, insurance denials, etc, etc. Sorry your client was the victim of TWO mistakes.***********************************************************************She sounds like they never make mistakes, well well guess what according to the reviews it sounds like a daily occurrence! This was one of the worst transactions of my entire life! Boy do I wish I had read the reviews on Yelp before I went in. This place was so terrible I filed a claim with the BBB. FYI they have 9 claims against them on there. The first day I went in I was very happy, I got a proper fitting and really liked the guy who helped me. I didnt like the color of the shoes I tried on so he ordered me a pair in black and told me it would be a week or so for them to come in. Long story short, a couple of weeks went buy and I never heard anything so I called them. They said the shoes should have been there by now and they would call and check on the status. Again, never got a call back so I had to call them AGAIN a week later. When I did so they told me the same thing as last time. After a month went by I went into the store, one of the employees said the shoes had not arrived and he called the company and said they had been delivered to one of their other locations and that he would have them picked up the next day and that he would call me when they arrived. To no surprise I never got a call. A week later I went into the store, again, since they wouldnt return my calls and the shoes still were not there. I tried to get a refund and they wouldnt give me my cash back, said they had to cut me a cashiers check and couldnt do it that day but it would be mailed to me. Never got it so I had to go the store yet AGAIN, and finally on the last visit got my money back. They lied to and avoided me for two months, worst business Ive ever dealt with.

Horrible, horrible experience. Does not answer the phone or email. Very, very rude . Very rough with my 86-year old mothers sore feet. I cannot imagine why they are still in business.

Extremely rude sales lady. Wanted shoes for my elderly father. She acted like she didnt want to help us. Finally got a catalog at which time I said he needs to try them on before he buys anything. She said no store does that. I just left and will never return

Worst worst place to buy shoes from. They sold me super expensive sports Nike shoes that almost damaged my feet after just wearing them for few hours. My feet were painfully sore all night and could barely walk next day. Third day when I went to return and get refund, sales man was terribly rude, he refused to take shoes back and yelled at me telling me shoes were worn and repeatedly telling me to leave the store. NEVER EVER buy shoes from this aweful place.Store is located in Hamilton Ave.

I wish that I had read the reviews before I made the purchase in January, 2016. This store provides the worst service. I paid $460 in January and it has been 9 months that I dont have the shoes and they refuse to give me my money back.

They are crooks! They owe me $200 dollars and keep making excuses. Spent almost $900 for a pair of shoes that do not even fit correctly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND THE MOUNTAIN VIEW STORE.
