WOW. This place and the clerks go out of their way to provide service and help beyond the every day norm. I had left some paper work in my car and the heat and sun ruined the print so i could not read. The manager came out at the request of the extremely helpful clerk who had been helping me and the manager located the shipping information. I will use the Annex+ anytime i have to ship and especially if I have had a problem. Thank You from the bottom of my Heart.

Depends on who waits on you. There is one clerk who is always cold, indifferent and not helpful 100% of the time. All the other clerks are helpful and do their best to handle a crowd. The last time my daughter went in with a large size Amazon return package the lady took one look from 20ft away and blanket said we wont take that. Safe place to have your mail and packages sent to. They do have some issues with their billing process (theyve tried to short me a month 2 times). Other than that, they are always super friendly.

Second time around and the service gets better and better. I made it at the last minute and was able to get one package shipped two day with USPS and they second package mailed two day with FedEx. No idea if I was lucky or perfectly timed it but FedEx and UPS both showed up within 10 minutes of each other and bothy packages were sent out.I received the both on the same day they the receipt said they would arrive. I havent had much luck in the past at other stores that charge extra for Saturday service.Thanks for the best customer support!!!!

The gals at this location are excellent. They treat their customers well which is a hard to find nowadays. Give this place a try. You will not be disappointed

This company offers a great service for a very reasonable price! They send you an email as soon as any piece of mail is received, and a photo of what is received is included. Doesnt get any better than this!

The staff is what brings me back here. I dont have access to a printer so Im always having them print my documents for me and its in a very timely manner. Theyre great people and Ill continue to come back here

I am not happy with their notary service. I went in to get some documents notarized and they refused because they felt uncomfortable with the documents. These were legal documents drawn up by my lawyer, with specific instructions for the notary on what needed to be done. All they had to do was notarize my signature, but they refused to notarize my signature, they refused to read the letter from the lawyer and refused to talk to my lawyer regarding the documents. I can understand if they feel uncomfortable, but there was no need to be rude in denying the notary.

Way overpriced and they don’t do as guaranteed. The owner is a jerk. Looks down on women and isn’t true to his word. Don’t waste your time and money here!
