This is a great place because of the immense size of the yard and quantity of pavers and wall block that they carry. The bad part is the service here. There are only 2 people at the retail counter when there is a line out the door. And I wanted to pick out the best wall caps and the guy on the fork lift gave me a hard time and said I had to pay more.

We went here to check out the paver demonstration areas. Specifically the Belgard demonstration area on the left side of the building. But there are other demonstration areas as well. Good to get idea of color size, and even how they wear (since you will be walking on them).

The initial experience was fine until my contractor noticed a week later that we were missing a pallet of pavers of a certain size - which turned out to miscalculation by GSH rep. Knowing nothing about it and annoyed, I went back in person asking for an explanation. The manager was rude and denied all responsibility and claimed I was responsible for the incorrect calculation when I paid for it - which is a joke since most of us have no idea when doing something like this for first time. Given the customer support I’d just find another supplier. Another negative was that they charge a separate full delivery fee on a large order if the total amount exceed capacity of one truck.

I would give 5 stars for staff personel, but 0 star sor the morning manager. I had orderred paver with delivery. After unload the palates, ive learned there are broken pavers. I came back to the store to report the issue. The associate said he will talk to his mannager. He talked to the manager in spanish right behind the counter. Unprofesional!!! The manager dont even said a word or look at me even though he was in front of me just right behind the counter. His associate said there is nothing they can do. I felt bad for his associate doing all the work for his pathetic unprofesional boss.

Absolutely great place to buy material by the bulk at great prices. I am not sure about one of the forklift drivers though. He seems a bit “thirsty”

Called these people several times, it seemed run by very disorganized people,,, they said they would call me back, I gave them my phone ; I ended up calling back 3 times before I found someone who could speak english to take my order ...and they never delivered,, I had to call back and remind them....terrible!
