Golden Rule Garage Door is the way to go! After searching for the perfect (modern) garage door and then calling several companies for quotes, it was clear that I should follow the Golden Rule! Taylor was quick to respond and came out quickly to give me a quote. Since I had found the door I wanted, he went out of his way to source it and we couldnt be happier with the whole experience -- great service and a great price and the curb appeal of our home changed dramatically! Taylor even stopped by recently (a couple of months after installation) because I had a question about my garage door. Golden Rule Garage Doors goes the extra mile!

Taylor runs an excellent business. I called him to get an estimate on replacing our garage door motors. He arrived early, clearly communicated his recommendations, and provided me a fair estimate right away. A couple days later, he and his associate showed up on time and completed the work. He even leveled my garage door and lubed our tracks and wheels without charge. In my experience, I felt like I was interacting with someone who was an advocate for doing what was best for me. I will continue to use Golden Rule as they seem to do business the right way, abiding by the Golden Rule.

Taylor did an excellent job fixing my garage door. He answered my call promptly. He came out immediately. The job was finished on time and at the agreed amount. And he went above and beyond expectations. He remounted the obstruction sensors and when it was noticed that one obstruction sensor was not working, he replaced it during the repair.I highly recommend Taylor to anyone needing repairs including broken springs and door opener.

Oh my goodness-why cant all service be as good as Golden Rule! They live up to their name for sure.The owner arrived clean and with a smile. He squeezed me into his calendar last minute. Immediately he saw issues (that i couldnt spot). He was spot on. Plus, his prices are fair! I never felt taken advantage of financially. The repairs were fast, clean, proper, and affordable.

Taylor was just at our home to fix a broken spring on our garage door. We saw all of the great reviews online about Golden Rule Garage Door and can now understand why it has such a great rating. Taylor was able to come out the same day to replace both springs on our door, he adjusted the force and lubricated the tracks and screw drive. He didn’t try to up-sell, he got the work done quickly and efficiently at (what I thought) was a fair price, and he went above and beyond what I had expected. This company is extremely expensive. I had one of their technicians come out to fix my garage door. He did a good job but I was charged $95 for the call out and another $150 for the fix which required absolutely no parts and took less than half an hour. $245 for 25 minutes work seems like price gouging to me. If you do use this company be careful to ask exactly how much theyll charge you to do the repair before they go ahead and do the work
