I came to this please because my cars air conditioner was not cooling when the car was not in movement in April 2018.The manager of the store told me that I needed to put in a new compressor and I agreed to this as I was under the impression that they know what they do.When they gave me my car back, it was worst before I brought it to them. I ended coming back to them 7 times before the guarantee expired, until it was finally working.Today is November 2019 and my air conditioner has stopped working completely!I went to a different specialist and they person said that there was no new compressor, but a replacement. He recommended me to go back to Caribbean Auto cooling to see if they can address the issue, before investing in $800 plus on a new compressor.I came back to this establishment to see if there was anything they could do for me, considering the circumstances, but this was not the case. They wanted to charge me more for a new compressor as they said the one they put in was not new, which was never notified when I invested my money.Therefore, I would not suggest or recommend this establishment. They are not to trust and are basically stealing from people when they say the are putting new parts on your car, charge you for brand new, but you only get a replacement.
