Where do I arrange my vehicles for a good price on pinion rack arrangements and good treatment?

I called on October 26, 2016 at 2pm for an estimate and asked him how much it costs to replace some bushings of the rack and pinion and gave him all the data of the car. He told me that he did not know and that he was going to ask; they left me waiting 15 minutes on the phone, I call again and ask him again, and he says he cant tell me why and if its something else he says ... I said gentleman you dont know how much it is worth changing some bushings and he answers me very reluctantly, no!
