I called 10 times (3 times they left me on hold, 1 time they took the vehicle number and left me on hold and the other 6 times they did not answer the call). When they took my vehicle information, they were talking to the same co-workers instead of selling.I wasted over 20 minutes trying to quote for parts purchases. I preferred to go to a car part further away for better service.

Lousy, slow and unfriendly customer service. Prices, the worst, that is, the most expensive in Motorcraft. I asked if they had a replacement and their answer was, yes, but two or three pesos less, its not worth it, and I ended the call. So, I assume that the replacement parts are also very expensive.

What I did not find in other auto parts they had. Now they are my first choice. I didnt know about you.

I was in this place for weeks and to ask for a piece they leave you waiting for like 35 minutes because they give more worse to people when they call by phone than to the client who is in person.
