I live in Miami Beach just went there to take my brothers car to have a brakes check-up, they were very efficient, nice, professional & did the job in less than 3 hrs, extremely satisfied with the experience.

Do NOT! I say again Do NOT take your 3 year olds tricycle here let alone your vehicle! I went in for an oil change which took 3 hours. That is not the issue, I know where I am and the concept of time or the lack thereof. ALL and I do mean ALL of the oil leaked out of my car because they put the filter and the cap in wrong. I learned this driving and having almost every light on the dash light up as if it were the holidays. I had to put 4 yes 4 quarts of oil to barely get the car to a reputable auto shop. Why barely? Because the oil was running out like Niagara Falls! Fortunately, there was no engine damage. I will say that upon returning to Sears Auto for a complete refund they were quick and responsive in doing so. Enter at your own risk.

DO NOT trust them. I brought my car in to get the brake pads replaced. I got back a car that didnt turn on. They had it running when I can to pick it up, didnt say anything about any problems, told me to take it and go. When I brought it back, they said it wasnt their fault and offered a discount to fix it. They charged me $300 to replace the starter, and told me my brand new battery was bad. Went to pepboys to get my battery replaced under warranty and found out that the alternator was the problem the whole time. So now Im paying another $400 for that, when once again Sears had said everything was fine.

Sadly, even though needed to purchase a Car battery for my Wifes Honda Odyssey, needed a tool to take old battery out to tested prior purchase. NO STORE TOOLS FOR CUSTOMERS, NOBODY/ Mechanics to lend me one, even though had the emergency... :( I really had to give attitude to finally get a tool. Mechanics and Manager in charge explained that each mechanic own their tools and some customers when borrow they take/ still them! Sad because customers like me, had to pay for the experience.Solution: ask for Customes Drivers License or Car Key as a back up to lend a neded tool. This way customer feels commitment. As well as Store willing to help & fill customer need. I spent $151 anyways...

Scammers. Take the car for air problems, they fix it for me. Months later the same symptoms (I mean if you are giving the same symptoms it is because they made an overflow and did not solve the problem from the roots). I come back a second time, they charge me as if they had not done anything wrong and here I am still without air and with the same symptoms as the first time.
I took it for alignment and for the brake lights that were learned. The car continues to pull to the side and the brake lights were still learned, I took it back, they told me that if they were still learning when the car was turned off with the work they had done it was something electromechanical so I had to go to an electromechanical. I went to Advance car and it was fixed and it was nothing electric. I am not the only one who has been through this. I do not recommend it, is to lose your money.
