All of the staff were delightfully helpful, especially Saul Ortiz. He found the car I wanted, then helped me through all of the paperwork for purchase, financing, and insurance. He even took me to the bank to sign the loan he has arranged for me. I could not have been happier with the way I was treated. I heartily recommend this dealership to all car buyers. And I will return there myself.

I just purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride through Caribbean Auto Escorial. Saul Ortiz, my salesperson, was great throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated his fluency in English, as I moved here only two months ago and dont yet speak good Spanish. Equally importantly, he was not only helpful with the sales process per se, but he also helped facilitate my preferred method of financing by picking me up at my house and driving me to my bank in his car. He also helped me sort out some initial issues with my auto insurance and with AutoExpreso (the electronic highway toll payment system). In short, he went above and beyond his job description to ensure my entire purchase experience was satisfactory. I also had an excellent (if brief) experience with the general manager (Juan Aguayo) and one of the financing team members (Laura). In short, I had a great all-around purchase experience at Caribbean Auto Escorial. Thanks to the entire team, and especially Saul. I strongly suggest asking for him by name if you choose to buy a car here.

Worst service in my entire life!!!!!!!!!! Wouldnt recommend taking your car here ever! Brought my car in on March 2, 2019 because of a strange sound coming from somewhere in the front. Turns out it was coming from the engine and after Hyundai was left with no other choice than to cover the repair inside warranty (they were trying to blame it on me, but I had all the proof needed to debate this decision) It has been almost 2 months (today April 26, 2019) I am still waiting the for car to be fixed. No one bothers to call me to give me updates, so I have to call on a weekly basis. So disrespectful, so inconsiderate, such bad service. One of those times I called to get an update I was put on hold FOR AN HOUR and when someone finally comes on the line (a different person) I tell him I was left there for all that time, the guy “apologizes” and tells me they will call me in a couple of minutes — nobody called me. Called again this past Monday, they tell me that the car part they have been waiting for, for more than a month finally came in and that they were going to finally start working on my car (it has been almost 2months and they havent even started working on the car), so I decided to call yesterday (Thursday) for an update, turns out the car part that came in wasnt mine, it was for another car — they guy apologized again and tells me he would call me the next day (Friday) And of course no one called me, so here ai am today leaving this review because this is just unbelievable. These people are THE worst!!!!!!!! They also have this terrible lady called Johanna, who answers the phone and assists at the service department at the dealer — someone needs to giver her proper training on how to do a better job.
