Not bad good prices friendly service and parking. Good for buying amplifier kits, and small parts. I wanted to find name brands here like i had in the states JL AUDIO, Kicker, Focal, Polk, Rockford Fosgate, Alpine but found none. There main brand appears to be Audiopipe. I cant upgrade my stock paper cone speakers with more aftermarket paper cone speakers. Just cannot do it. When people walk into a store they have money to spend on high end gear so please stock high end gear.

The worst customer service. The installer does not seek to get a good customer experience, he only seeks to sell the product and not serve the customer with respect. It only installs what it sells, otherwise it does not serve you and seeks to take money from one. I wont even call the store again

Terrible service they do not answer the phone wait 10 minutes in front of the business and they never opened at 12:57 pm Tuesday. Waste of time nor the color of the building updated on the page. Although it says open

I called to see how the store was, they told me, come now that there is no one, I said, I arrive immediately= I was not treated.They give me an appointment for tomorrow at 9am, the installation will be done in an hour and a half.= I waited 4.5 hours.The installation was done well, but 2 bad times.

I have an appointment, good coordination on the part of the employee who attended me. Repair or install music equipment, that is my purpose.

The technician is one of the most professional that I have experienced, he was the only one who did his job, using all the correct specifications, thank God that this man exists. My music equipment is working correctly!
