Very good service!!

Pesimo servicio, me han hecho mes y medio y dar mil vueltas y todavia no tengo internet. De lo peor.Awful service, after month and a half of waiting and stopping by a bunch of times, I still dont have internet and have ti wait 24 hours then go back to see if they can finally help.

In the store everything bn ... but the customer service by phone is terrible .. those who attend from another country never solve anything sometimes it seems that they leave you in mute to see if you get hooked ... please do something with that call center.

I dont know why they have a store phone if they never answer 🤬

Horrible service, they do not know how to speak respectfully to customers and do not know how to resolve issues in a professional and proper manner. I do not recommend it at all.
