I have no problem paying $50 for a t shirt, but when the tshirt material is harder than card board, come on man. You should look for better quality shirts

My husband ordered merchandise online that has not arrived and does not have any shipping information. We have been trying to communicate with Frsh for days and nothing. We even went to the Ponce de León store today, January 16 at 4:29 pm and they didnt answer the phone or the call from the gate. Why do they have a business if they are going to give terrible customer service?

I waited 3 and a half months for a clement shirt and the quality is terrible, it is not even the same color that they promoted in the photo published on instagram. Terrible service!!Compare other shirts from this same run by Clemente and this shirt is not at all the same texture as the others, the fabric and quality is terrible.

Well Im totally disappointed. I like their collections and I have bought in their store previously. Today 11/6/20 I went to your store personally and seeing that they would not open in the physical store enter your website at 10:58 am, I have the items ready to buy at the collection and at the time I enter the payment card They had already sold me all the pieces I had in the Cart. How is it possible that if it is already in the Cart they can remove it? This is the second time this has happened to me. There really has to be a timer like in other places to make the purchase. It really looks like Black Friday and having things removed from your shopping cart in your face.
