I love this store! The employees are always so nice to me. Its very crowded sometimes but thats not their fault.

I love this store so much, theres alot of band merch, anime merch, accessories and more. But somethings are a little expensive.

One of the very few stores in Plaza Las Americas that seems to often have a line outside.Usually teenage GOTH girls!

Great store and they take precautions for safety. They also let you make store reservations to skip the line. However, we didnt wait very long. Good selection of graphic tee shirts and jewelry.

This is a good place to go and but anime, cartoon, or video game things like costumes, keychains, shirts, hoodies, socks, etc. The products are really good and the store is very unique for its style.

Nov 11 2020I would like you to explain to me the ridiculousness of not being able to enter with my 2 children at the same time because the rule is 2 people per group, however 5 people entered after me who were walking alone ... I mean, if I said that I was walking alone I could but not together with them?!? I understand that the rule is based on the limit of people inside the store. But honestly, what the employee was saying doesnt make sense to me.

There is such a variety of things for so many different types of person, its mind-blowing. I love it and I go whenever I can. They also have very good music and everything is usually well organized. Great for geeks, punks, kawaii people, etc.

Very upset with this store. My sister went the other days and a store clerk abruptly grabbed her by the arms and accused her of stealing. I take away everything that my sister, a minor, had in her hands to buy. Then I force my sister to take out everything that her wallet and pockets and shopping packages have. Since my sister was slow, the employee took her belongings and she (the employee) began to take out everything. When he saw that my sister had not stolen anything, he humiliated her in front of other people and voted for the store, prohibiting her from entering. When I called to report, the calls were never answered. This is not the protocol to follow in case someone is caught stealing. This was too much. There are some rules to follow and this employee did not follow any. A persons privacy invaded, he attacked a minor and made a false accusation. Besides that, he did not follow the protocol. His duty was to call the manager, the security guard and then take the person to an area distant from others to continue the process.
