Recently went to the Oakley Store located at Plaza las Americas. As always it was a great experience since employees respectfully and cheerfully helped me find what I was looking for, they seemed knowledgeable of their products. We love the Oakley brand for their quality products and to come across with great service makes it even more exciting to buy their products.

Will never buy sunglasses from this brand again. No replacement lens for my crosshair model. It isn’t the first tima this happens, same problem with other lenses.

Is a poor service, bad employees and angry attitude. It’s incredible, I’ve never been treated like that!! I’m visit the Island and trying to buy some glasses but the employees are angry! It’s embarrassing for the Oakley Company! Bad Place to visit!!
