Very bad experience! I bought a compost bin and one of the flapper stop working. I took it to the store and they said they would call me once fixed. That was a month ago! No calls at all! I went personally and was told the technician would come the next day. I am currently in the states and still have not received a call from them regarding the bin. Once I get back to PR, I will go back and take other action, if necessary. Bad experience!!!!

A wonderful place! They have an eclectic selection of products, all in the theme of socially responsible commerce. If you are looking for something by Goal Zero (solar panels, portable power stations, rechargeable speakers, etc.), they likely have it.The person who helped me was one of the most pleasant and personable people ever.
