Protocols are in place. Ive shopped in several Always 99 thru out the island. I must admit this shop its my favorite due to excellent presentation, good price labels and a very clean & orderly store. Customer service was above & beyond. Sales clerk delivered an elderly customer heavy items to her car. Great.

I like this Always, super comfortable to do your shopping. Clean and very well organized.

Excellent customer servile and clean the store. The only thing was that they did not have personnel to take the temperature or machine. They had a table with a bottle full of alcohol or a hand sanitizer and a paper towel for you to help yourself.

The service is terrible. The cashier service is the worst. They do not even greet you. My return experience is horrible since the employees do not orient. If you buy something and it is broken as it was the case with me that leaving the store I realized that it was broken, they do not return the money. They force you to buy something else if what I was interested in was the item that I bought and there were no more. Thats why I prefer to buy other stores and be American because they guarantee you the money back. Make sure that if you buy your article on this site is fine. I do not recommend this place.
