This is a small family factory. They sell retail and wholesale. They prepare their delicious products in small batches. Their dough is freshly made daily with no artificial coloring. The dumplings (empanadillas, pastelillos) are hand folded by expert hands. They prepare miniature versions of their products for party catering, they are delicious!. I have been there and have bought almost all their products in the 10 plus years Ive known this business, I highly recommend their products. My two favorites are sorrullitos de maíz and empanadillas de pizza.

Ive known this family business for over 20 years. The hand made, small batch products are excellent. Family and friends who move to the states always request empanadillas de pizza and other products to be brought for them to reminisce and enjoy. Good quality, delicious flavor, afordable price. Good for fund raising events.
