For me one of the best armory in the metro area! 👍

I know it’s a holiday weekend but you should fix your store hours. It says online that you are open and when I arrived at the store it was closed. It’s bad when people and customers seeking for service looses their time because of this. Thanks in advance.

Ordered a rifle online through Brownells and because they decided to add my other ordered items with the firearm to save on shipping the gun club made me pay $50 more because the other items. I did not have an option to avoid this during my purchase and the gun club doesnt state that if a firearm includes other items the buyer must pay an additional fee. Also the employees were quick to bash their employer and did not offer an explanation for the additional fee just that their employer said so. I will never do business with these people again.

Exelent.....the best in all puerto rico . I spden about 90 minutes about two or three time a month...is relacing place to practice.Thd best.

Hay un empleado, asistente de gerente o encargado de nada. El nombre es John. Las veces que trato con el tengo problemas. Hace poco le hice una pregunta y jamas pense su nivel de ignorancia. Luego los empleados le hacen coro y repiten lo mismo. Para asustarte pagues por un servicio que no necesitas. La ultima vez fui a hacer una declaracion jurada. No tenia el dinero completo y la Abogada tenia que irse. Le pedi el favor de aprovechar la Abogada y hacer la declaracion mientras buscaba el dinero retuviera el documento. Se nego como si le hubiera pedido que me la regalara. Me contesto yo no te puedo dar un servicio y despues me pagas. Mientras esa persona trabaje ahi no pongo un pies alli.

I think this is one of the best armories we have in PR .. the service is excellent .. variety of weapons is the best I have seen in PR. the employee who attended me to buy a rifle had a lot of knowledge of the weapons that I asked

B. day, I went to get my gun and to go on 3/27/21 instead of 3/23/21. (Only 4 days, difference). They charged me for the full month of storage instead of making a prorate. Too bad, thats how they want customers.

Arrogant employees and when you ask for a specific weapon they dont have, they tell you it doesnt exist. Apart from that I bought the same weapon in another armory for almost $ 200 less
