I appreciate that Angel Ice Plant is selling ice to the public, but the customers that are lining up should be attended to first before the business organizations. It is bad publicity to make the small people suffer in the heat for 2 hours for 2 bags of ice.If the Ice Plant posts selling to the public from 12:00 noon, they should REALLY start selling at 12:00 noon, not at 12:15 or 12:30pm.There are people I met in the line that drove all the way from Yauco. They should be allowed to buy 3 or 4 each person. Just ask for an ID.

Excellent! Went the after Hurricane Maria, the line was Well organized and it was quick.

Long line because of the hurricane but fast service once you get to the finish line. A lot of garbage on the street were the line was made.

NEVER GO TO BUY ICE TO THIS PLANT AFTER THE HURRICANE I WAS 3 TIMES AND I DID THE ROW FOR THE ICE BUT THE PEOPLE HAD ME X THAT I HAVE IMPAIRMENT AND THE 3 TIMES THE SUPERVISOR OR DUENA TELLED TO THE BOY THAT I WOULD NOT BE SELLING ICE THERE THEY DID NOT SELL ICE TO IMPEDED !!!! COJAN EYE DO NOT SPONSOR. REMEMBER IN THOSE DAYS OF LONG ROWS UNDER THE SUN DENIED TO SELL ME ICE 3 TIMES THAT WAS ONLY X THAT I AM IMPEDED !! HOWEVER THE PARADISE HONEY HAD A ROW OF IMPEDED AND THE BAGS WERE THE 50LBS NOT THE PEQ. WHAT THE ANGEL WAS SELLING AND 2 X $ 5 !! SO . WHAT HAPPENS TO US PUERTO RICO !!

Employees organized before the opening to distribute ice. But they only delivered 2 bags of ice per person.
