Poor customer service. Went for orientation, got none Salesman wasnt very friendly nor helpful nor informative. Everytime he went to the office to speak with the manager things looked fishy. He didnt look like he wanted to make a good deal for both parties. Instead look like he wanted to take all our money. Should say, this was my first experience trying to buy a car. Definitely dont recommend this place.

My experience was not good. At the beginning I went for an oil and filter change and for brake fluid (as discussed by phone). And I left with a balance to pay for over $ 550 since, according to what I was informed, they did other things to the vehicle (2 brake pads, which I know is important) but without consulting me how much the TOTAL of these things would come out. You have to be honest to give a service and honest with the customer bill. They must improve and I do not want other people to happen to them as it happened to me. At the moment I do not recommend them 👎

They made me go to the dealer under deception, saying that they had the available model that I requested by phone and I made an appointment to go see it, so that when he arrived they would try to offer me other models. Extremely grateful and impressed with the service received by Mr. Roberto in the area of vehicle services. His attention was simply first and he was in constant communication with me and my husband by telephone every time they made some arrangement to the bus. I felt super informed and felt that for the first time someone understood me and gave genuine interest to what was happening to my bus. I had had a very bad experience at Nissan Autogroup in Kennedy and I swore that I would never return and had even given up the idea of buying a second vehicle with the Nissan so as not to have to lead with the ominous service I had received.
