A total disaster. We had an appointment for 3pm. Nobody even acknowledged our presence for an hour. We ended up walking out and we will take our business elsewhere.

We ended up with the wrong sizes in tuxedos & shoes. The measurements were taken by them, still the day of the wedding the groom had to go exchange & pick up missing pieces to the tuxedo. Unorganized. Also they blame google for listing them as closed on sundays meanwhile they have 2 different signs showing 2 different time information.

Very pleasant would go again! The only downside is parking and short staffed. Had to wait longer than I should have but otherwise, excellent service!

Don`t rent anything with this company! My experience was the worst you can imagine! In two different times gave me the incorrect color of clothing and also wrong size of shoes! The employee need better training in giving service to clients and in behavior !n NEVER EVER I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH LEONARDO FIFTH AVENUE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!

Failed to tailor a suit properly after 2 months and three attempts. Ended up having to request a refund. A complete waste of time and total disappointment.

Julio is great but the rest of the staff need more Training. Telling the bride to change wedding colors 3 days before the wedding because they didnt have all the items as promised is very rude and unprofessional. They get 3 stars because of Julio. Thankfully Julio was there and found a solution. This is their main store. In terms of customer service their branch store in Carolina is the absolute best with very attentive and professional supervisor/manager and I hope they re- open soon.

The staff didnt give me my shoes for my tuxedo but a second trip fixed that. They also gave my friend a tuxedo that was way off and blames it on outside measurements. The measurements they cmae up with when we went there were the same that he submitted...

I only went once and was to buy one thing only, but for what I saw and experienced, they were very fast and prices were affordable
