Neat Market, But to the boss.. please stop smoking right outside of your market I have came here 4 times already and all of those times I saw you smoke outside with mask under chin. Please smoke somewhere further

Nice Halal market in the area. I highly recommend and the owner really friendly.

I like Balade because it doesnt have the typical stuff that you find in most halal stores in the Tri-City area, which are Afghan ran (not that I have a problem with that). But its nice to have a good variety of halal food. They have hard to find things like different types of Turkish delight & sweets, halloumi and other cheeses, a variety of Middle Eastern flatbreads, all sorts of halal meat, produce, frozen items and they also sell my favorite (difficult to find) halal item: good quality deli meat!! No more having to go all the way to Dublin! Also, on a side note, I like Balades better, because its far more authentic than what you usually find at most halal stores, so if anyone whos reading this is a convert and looking to replace their favorite, long lost deli meats, Balade is a great place to go! The smoked turkey, turkey pastrami and pastrami are delicious! I look forward to trying the roast beef next.(I would; however, recommend staying away from the bologna. I hate to say this, but its highly -processed, and has some sort of red coloring added to it. It turned a paper towel I had, pinkish-red, after being heated and placed on it. It also has a funny burnt metal taste and smell.)Otherwise, everything else is great! Its my new go-to halal store, and fortunately for me its within walking distance. So glad they chose this location, and I hope they will be here for a long time, because we were badly in need of one this side of the East Bay.
