Shady practice. Beware renting equipment from them. They were unable to pick up the equipment they rented to us because they dont have available drivers to pick them up. The equipment was left at our jobsite for days. They ended up charging us for the days they couldnt pick up the equipment. Will be reporting this matter to BBB.

I dont know why they open up in this location. We are better off with a rental company thats open weekends. Most of us are local customers.

Make sure you do your deal on paper. I was told over the phone the equipment had a half day rate. My bad that I signed the paper without really looking. Still, they have lost a lot of friendly neighborhood approach since they bought out Lewis. Better to go to another unfriendly place like Home Depot if you are going to be treated the same way.

I have been coming here for years. When I bought my Hayward home in 1997 we were faced with buying a lawn mower, weed whacker and other things. Thinking of storing and maintaining this equipment made us decide to rent when we needed something. Lewis Rents was the place. Great customer service, full line of equipment for every need and everything in working condition. The 1 time I had equipment failure it was taken care of to everyones satisfaction. Today my husband came home and said that it had changes names...I only wanted to know if the employees were the same because they are the best.

Its been a long time to rents the vans it is fast service and people nice especially the owner shes very welcome to assisting the customer need it. I looking for a job. I would like to work for this company again. I have 6 years experience as a yard.

It was easy to make the reservation online. When the driver showed up with the delivery, he called first to let me know he was on the way. Then he called when he got there. He was very kind and gave me instructions, tips and pointers on how to use the scissor lift. He even brought it indoors for me when he saw that I was struggling!
