Erin was wonderful and helpful. She provided us with a preview of the space prior to our rental. As well as, straightening out our paperwork and providing us with the best price we could get. We were concerned about the space overall. She went out of her way to check on another space to see if it was easier to store it things. However, we had managed to get everything in the space originally planned. She made everything very easy. I am very glad we decided to work with Extra Space Storage.

Everything was fine until ill i had to deal with Erin. I decided to leave the Unit as I don’t need it anymore and i spoke with Erin to inform her about that. She then offered the option of paying $200 trash fee if I don’t want whats left there and i agreed. Mind you i was going to pick up my stuff. I get surprised that they charged $521. So i call her and she refused to refund me saying thats going to be a “No go” with a really mean attitude and tone then i asked her to speak to her supervisor she said “ ok Mohamed, Bye! And hung up on me. To be fare, i got contacted by them and they refunded me the money however, Erin’s attitude was absolutely unacceptable and she put me through some drama that I don’t need in my life.

This specific Extra Space Storage Facility is great! Rick the onsite manager is super friendly & very helpful. I have been renting a unit here for a year now and love the fact that management lives on-site with parameter/lock checks being done throughout the day. This facility in my opinion is and feels very safe, both for myself when coming at night & for all the stuff i keep in my unit. This facility is also well-maintained & kept very clean! This facility is top notch and the level of customer service by both Rick and Erin (I hope I spelled that right) goes by far above and beyond. They are extremely friendly, professional, and attentive to your needs and satisfaction. I even received a follow up call just to assure I was satisfied and my move in went well. Also, this is probably the cleanest storage facility I have been to. While driving me around to show me units in the Golf cart, Rick slowed down a few times just to reach out and pickup even the smallest piece of anything he saw on the ground which I thought was pretty awesome and clearly has alot to do with how nice of a facility this place is. And lastly, I am very at ease about the security of my unit with the security and camera systems they have in place here. All in all to sum this up...I would give this place 10 or 20 stars if I could. Both the staff and the facility are AWESOME. Thank you Extra Space Storage for such a great experience! I was assisted by Rick through out my search for a storage space. Rick was very helpful in every way. He was accommodating to my work schedule and made sure he did his best to fit my needs. I had a great tour of the place and loved it everything about it, but ultimately decided against the space for personal reasons. Rick made sure that everything was taken care of and was very kind throughout the move out process as well. Hes not the type of person just after your business but genuinely wants to make sure your needs are met. If you are looking for somewhere to store your stuff I do recommend coming here!

During my year and a half stay with Extra Space, my experience was great. I moved in with the very low online price plus insurance and was told that same day that after 9 months it will go back to the walk in rate. Also the lead staff man Rick was a cool dude and always very helpful. When it came to payments or any changes that came up he would call days before you was billed to inform you about changes or issues. I highly recommend this facility to people I know. Thank again Rick!!!

Amazing customer service!

Units were very clean, and well maintained. Price was a bit high after my introductory rate was over however the introductory rates were pretty nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is in a somewhat secluded area so it makes you feel at ease with having your valuables here. Would definitely rent here again if I needed to.

I would give 10 stars if it were possible. Rick, the facility manager, is the most helpful and friendly person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.The facility is always spotless, easy to access, open late.With all that and Rick as manager you will not be disappointed!
