They were quick to reframe my picture.

I counted 47 people in line for register, line went to the back of the store. Only one person working, nobody on the floor to answer questions. When I called after waiting for 30 min the line that barely moved, the same single employee answered the phone and said a second employee (gee wow) would be there in 30 min... Dropped my stuff on the ground and walked out after shopping for an hour. Buy this stuff online, dont go to the store. Horrible experience.

One of my pandemic lock down survival go-tos, good selection of different arts /crafts options. Reasonably well stocked, and priced for individual projects, with some learning/how-to kits.

This michaels had a decent selection, it was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Be sure to make reservation to get through the gate. Ask about the old Italian heritage.

Had a wonderful experience here yesterday. I came in with my two little ones in my giant stroller and needed to buy a bunch of faux pumpkins. The woman that helped me was so kind, thoughtful and very helpful. She helped me get my order out to my car since I couldn’t push my cart and stroller at the same time. I didn’t catch her name but she had blue in her hair. Thanks again for being so helpful and making this trip so easy!

This was such a large store with a huge inventory. I prefer working in the off hours, in order to not have to interfere with customers while they are shopping. I feel I would find it easier to concentrate on my improving in speed.

I love the new location on Madonna Rd. Even with all of the many items they have for countless projects, its always clean and neatly organized. The employees Ive spoken to have always been very helpful and friendly. Every time I go to Michaels, I feel like a kid in a candy store. Whatever it is youre looking for, be it canvases and paints (like I was shopping for today), crafting supplies, art supplies, candle making supplies, or anything and everything in between: I highly recommend Michaels!

I liked this location more than others. Still annoying that all Loca feel like they are low on stock constantly. When you ask when they will get more in, their answer is that they get random shipments and they never know what will be on it...so thats frustrating.

Definitely one of my favorite stores to poke around in. If you have a craft in mind they probably have more than a few things here to point you in the right direction. The beading selection is nice, decent collection of yarn, wood burning supplies, paints, pencils and the like. So many scrapbooking things. Sewing supplies are okay, however, if youre specifically looking for fabric there isnt really a selection here.Staff is typically friendly and more than happy to help you find what youre looking for. Have had some issues in the past of employees seeming annoyed with inquires but Ive chalked them up to off days, overall experience is positive.

Staff at register refused to sell me a product that was clearly labeled with a scannable bar code, despite being told by staff in back of store it was a purchasable item. This was the last chance I was giving them, the last three times Ive been in the staff in the front of the store were grump and unhelpful. I want to shop locally but it is this behavior that pushes me towards online shopping.

The worst the person did not know how to help us. And there was no there that did know

Not to crowded because of the covid restrictions. Always love shopping there.

I enjoy stopping by Michaels once in a while. Not sure what it is about this newer location, but I sure liked the old Marigold Plaza location 100% more.

Its another Michaels store, so you know what to expect. This is a medium big Michaels store and its a great place to buy picture frames, but only when its buy one get one free!

Fast and easy to shop

Theyre doing very well with COVID guidelines. Many of their shelves are severely understocked. I often dont find what Im looking for. Hopefully that will improve as we progress out of the worst of the COVID era.

This place has all the crafts supplies you need except for fabrics, besides that they have seasonal sections with fun things for the season, baking supplies, picture frames, canvases and painting supplies, markers, jewelry making stuff, yarn, ribbon and a lot more.

I will NEVER set foot in this store again. A store employee demanded, in a rude manner, for me to get away from her and move over 6 feet, which I was. Both of us were wearing masks. Nasty. Mean. Now that Home Goods is open, they will be getting my business. If there was a zero star thats what I would rate this store.

I haven’t yet had luck finding close parking.Next to the new Ross location in the old Sears building.
