Extremely helpful. Took in my iphone 6s for a replacement charger port (which they would have done promptly) but they ended up giving it a very thorough cleaning while I waited and it worked so no need for the repair! They were very nice, thank you@!

I had a charging port problem with my iPhone and literally went in and walked out in less than 10 minutes with the problem solved! The two guys I dealt with - sorry I didn’t get their names were so helpful and professional. Highly recommend this place over several that I wouldn’t trust with a houseplant to - let alone my iPhone with all that is on it. I’m telling everyone I know that this is the go to place. We had an issue with our inhouse Server setup. It was a complicated issue from beginning to end, taking a number of months to solve the issue. SecurePro did a good job fixing the issue. Joe and Obe did great work communicating with me over the work. Give both of these guys a big raise, they deserve it!

I thougt my Samsung Galaxy S7 was dead. Battery had swelled, and the warranty repair I was paying for said they couldnt replace because of the shattered case. My wife and I prefer to come here for our Mac issues rather than the Apple Store downtown. The atmosphere here is much quieter and more focused and all the technicians we have worked with have done great jobs. Weve done data transfers here, setting up our Time Capsule, and having tutorials for issues as they come up when we get new products. We highly recommend SecurePRO!!

I have used Secure Pro 6 times this year and will continue to use them for all of my repair needs. I like how quickly they are available to repair my phone (usually within an hour) and how friendly the staff is.I have only had one negative experience with a tech, but when I spoke with Alex (the manager), he went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I was able to get a refund and a new phone.Obie the tech spent 1.5 hours with me setting up my new phone and was very honest and friendly; I plan on asking for him by name for all of my future repairs.I would highly recommend Secure Pro.

These guys are great!! They are caring, knowledgeable and efficient!! I recently broke my iPad and called them at 9am in the morning, and they had it fixed in two hours...less than predicted...PLUS the cost was very reasonable, and they offer a warranty!! Im very pleased to have found them and definitely recommend them.Also, I love that they are veteran operated since I too am a veteran.

Its so nice to be able to have the problem diagnosed and fixed without it costing an arm and a leg!!! I have had interactions with Alex on several occasions and always had my needs met right away. I came in here with a charging port that wasnt working. That problem took them a week of me going in and out dealing with them. Then when i got my phone back, i couldnt make calls. I gave it back to them, they fixed that, and then the fingerprint sensor wasnt working. At this point i was completely fed up and decided to take my fingerprint-sesnorless phone elsewhere. Not sure if they just wanted to take advantage of a customer in the time of a crisis or what. Overall not a positive experience and I wish my money would have gone to more competent technicians.

These guys are awesome! Easy going, fast fix with no hassle. I highly recommend this place!I dropped my iPhone 4 it would no longer turn on without being plugged in and could not be recognized by my computer. I desperately wanted my photos off the phone as I didnt have it backed up. I thought there was no hope. BUT I brought it to iMechanics and they fixed it!I didnt catch his name, but he quickly and easily diagnosed my phone, fixed it in the timeI went to target and back, then put my pictures on a flash drive for me!Nothing short of amazing and I couldnt be more pleased. Such a pleasant experience! Hats off to these guys, they run their business with such care and expertise.

Each and every time I have come into the store with my specific challenges they have always been SO very helpful (and with easy parking!!) !!! so much better than the complicated local Apple store with paid parking and if Im not there when they are ready for me I get knocked off the line which is not cool....

I had a glitch with my iPad that I could not fix, and I didn’t have a 10 year child available. So I went to Secure Pro this morning, and Obie fixed the problem in under one minute. He also answered several other tech questions I had. Because my visit was so short, I was not charged for it. I highly recommend Secure Pro.

I have been using SecurePRO for years and they have fixed many of the iphone problems that I have had. Recently my son had his iphone 8 Screen replaced. Of course he dropped it 2 days later and the screen cracked. He did have a tempered glass screen protector and a case on his phone which makes me wonder about the quality of the screen that was used to replace his. I have dropped my phone many times and it has been protected with the tempered glass and case. Disappointed :(

I love having this repair place so close to me. They fixed my husband’s iphone which fell in a hospital toilet, they could tell me if my old iphone needed a new battery, they installed when quickly when I did. Hope they can repair my iphone charging issues today.
