Every time I go in I am always greeted with such nice, friendly and welcoming staff, even when its chaotic and crazy. The employees go out of their way to make sure they find you exactly what you are looking for. Ive never has a less than perfect experience with SP!

Great selection, greater prices, they always have a good deal on something I like just looking for the little red tags on the shoes and you will be impressed with the savings.

A great variety of walking/running shoes..AND they have sizes that other places simply dont have!!! I had NO LUCK finding shoes for my friends daughter until we went to Shoe Palace!!! They have quality brands. The salespeople are terrific!!! My only complaint is the store music. They BLAST it!!! Its very hard to hear other people talk..or hear yourself think. When I asked, they said that corporate made them do it. Corporate...you really need to rethink this issue. Otherwise, you have a great store!!!

That kid named sylas kept trying to sell me jordans that were like 4 sizes too big and wouldnt even show me any of the conververs that i kept asking for

This place has more than just a great selection of shoes. I walked in today and found myself a stylish new backpack and hoodie. The brands they carry are high quality, which Im all about. Its hard to miss since you practically walk into it after you park in the structure.

They have a wide variety of shoes catering mostly toward running and basketball shoes and a few casual shoes. Very high mark up on lost selections but with trained eye some bargains can be found.

Great customer service. Ariel is the best!! Shes so personable.She showed me some Jordan 5s & some Jordan shiznits. (Im sure I got that wrong). She helped me decide on the J-5s. Anyway it was definitely a pleasure meeting & speaking with her. Shoe Palace is very lucky to have her. No doubt Id shop there again. The rest of the staff was great as well. Its obvious they share the same values as Ariel, regarding customer service.Update:Went back the next day & bought the shiznits!

Disinterested and unhelpful employees. Shoes and gear that can be found elsewhere at better prices. Location is phenomenal; they should have a ton of shoppers. Wont be going back.

Absolutely horrible, went in there to buy sneakers for my children. I asked to use the restroom (9 months pregnant). One worker said sure and pointed me in the direction as Im walking to the restroom the other worker rudely tells me no and as I tried to explain to her I was told that I could she rolled her eyes and said well no and walked away. I will not spend my money in a store like this
