I didn’t use the pharmacy so my review is for the store only. Helpful and friendly staff. Good variety of items and well stocked.

Asked for a bag at checkout. Completed the transaction, the cashier stares at me.. I ask for my bag, she says I said I didnt want a bag.. untrue, but fine, Ill pay the 10 cents. It takes 10 minutes for her to figure out how to ring up a bag, with customers waiting behind me. So overall great customer service.

I regularly shop here and refill my prescriptions. This morning I was treated like a child and scolded by the pharmacist. The pharmacist said we open @ 9am, we need time to process this prescription. His eyes looked over worked and tired. He was angry, like I am supposed to know the prescription was due to be refilled today. Most of my prescriptions are electronic so its hard to tell when it ready. I said to him wis there a problem? What is the problem? He looked at the computer and said no problem. I usually go in to see if its ready and if its not no big deal I will come back tomorrow.I am not a child, please treat and speak to me with respect. I have had great conversations with the pharmacist before. Maybe this was an off day? Either way the customer service was definitely lacking here. I know he has to put up with tons of people demanding refills asap, must be tiring. However let us be real here, talk to me like a child, bad all around.

Girls at the desk are nice enough, but the pharmacist is rude and obnoxious. Had a horrible experience, in which not only did he refuse to have the most common level of courtesy-such as listening to the questions I had-but went out of his way to let me know he felt I was wasting his time. Rolling your eyes, making guttural sounds, and blaming your customers for your own incompetence does not a good pharmacist make. Now I know why the workers in this CVS always seem so unhappy-Id be unhappy too if I had to work with that guy. Ill never go back.

The regular checker seems rather miserable and is generally unfriendly on a consistent basis. Wish she would find another job that would be a better fit for her or bring her happiness. I generally shop elsewhere that has better service whenever possible.

I went in to load money up on my card and the lady wouldnt do it because my license had expired but I had the paper from the dmv and she said no but I read the screen and it said if license is expired enter valid date here. but she didnt and refused to do it . said it didnt work with the papers. What?

The pharmacist here is sooooo rude! Just switched to Target! I had been a customer for probably 10 years. Staff great but he’s not appropriate!

This is by far my favorite CVS store. It’s clean and organized and the pharmacy staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I actually go out of my to use this store.

Pharmacy is the worst experience. Every single time. Wait in line for 20 min at drop off, another 20 at pickup. They seriously need to hire more people or something. People calling and put on hold, Ive had to call and been on hold 20 min. Go to rite aid, they are so efficient there. Plus Ive had multiple times CVS say they are out of the medication and have to order and I go to rite aid they have it. Not to mention when I did order they forgot to call me when it came in! Go somewhere else if you can! I only come back because its the closest to me.

Rare mask usage. Pharmacy personnel wore mask & older customers did but younger people & even some personnel not!

The pharmacist is rude rude rude. He does .not want to listen to you and treats you like your stupid. God complex this man has. If i had not been going there for years i would switch. Still may do it just so idont have to deal with him!!

Never go to this pharmacy, they never have the script I need and poor service! If you do have to go there always check to make sure it is there because I can almost say for sure it wont be there when u need it!!!
