Had great help the 1st time we stopped in about a year ago - the rep answered questions, gladly showed us products, gave us catalogs and recommended contractors (the reason for the 2-star). After a long time trying to find a reliable contractor to do the door installation, stopped back in this week to place an order and the rep was beyond rude! The rep said they would deal with only our contractor. We mentioned we had a contractor that would verify our order was accurate directly with them, we simply wanted to know if a door from the prior years catalog was still available for order or if we needed to choose a different door. He said he was able to check, then rudely added but not now! and walked away. We would have been happy to go back at a better time if he had considerately asked us to return later - but with this rudeness, we left and will spend our $thousands elsewhere!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR. Our contractors contacted them and told them what we wanted (12 foot french slider, a few windows, and two doors). After two weeks and not getting any response regarding pricing, the vendor abruptly said they dont have time to put together a quote. 20 minutes of work and after 2 weeks they say they dont have time!!!What a horrible experience, we also will spend out thousands of $ elsewhere.BUYER BEWARE
