Just want to let you know that this place has very bad customer service. Today I went to pick up my order and I had questions on the invoice. There was a 20.00 shipping fee and a 49.00 set up fee that was not previously disclosed to me. When I brought this up with the Man at the other side of the counter. His response was either pay for the items or get the F-out of here. Needless to say I decided to walk out without the items. Never going to do business with this company again.

Great place to get custom embroidery done. They stand behind their work. I recently had an order that it wasnt quite what I wanted and the owner Ken re-did the whole thing pronto. Awesome customer service.
