Say they have something, sells u that something, turns out what u bought wasnt what was asked for and what they said they had.Ended up not bothering going through the trouble, atleast what they sold me worked, just not in the way it was advertised or wanted.The staff did try their best to find something that worked as specified, but turned out they just didnt have what they thought they had.

I recently had my pool cover replaced. Carefree offered both the best price & quickest delivery/installation time. The office staff & Kenny, who did the actual installation, was all very prompt, knowledgeable & professional. I had a great experience.

Carefree is great. They installed our 50,000 gallon pool in 2007 and have been taking care of it ever since. Rory, Kenny, Matt, and Mike are super helpful. The other day, a cow somehow got into our yard and decided to take a little dip through the cover of the pool. Rory had Kenny come out and replace the cover, and its now safe once again. The cow is doing just fine too! Thanks guys for all the years of great service, and the perfectly built pool. The 20 nieces and nephews thank you too.

I had to replace a pool cover that came with the purchase of the house. The ropes had been cut and the whole system sat unused for over 5 years. It had to be completely replaced. Carefree pools & Spas did an excellent job. They went above and beyond. The poor installer had to work on an extremely hot day and worked extra hours once he found a bigger issue than what we had originally thought. He did not leave until he knew it was completed and done right. I love the system and the quality. I highly recommend Carefree pools & spa.

Mike was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and helpful in getting our old spa updated and up in running. Jims service was also top notch. This business is wonderful. I cannot say enough about them. Every person I interacted with was professional, had expert knowledge and was friendly. They got right back to me in response to my inquiry and had my swim spa up and running again with a new pump motor within the week. They took time to answer all my questions, and I had many. They explained everything I needed to know and even reassured me that there was a one year warranty they would follow through with, if anything went wrong with the product they installed. They have been in business for a long time, know the quality of their product, and stand by their work. I am 100 percent satisfied and can recommend them above all others in the area. If you need anything related to pools and spas, or in my case, a swim spa, do not even hesitate. Call them. I know I will.

Excellent service. I always have many questions when they service my hot tub, and they are always willing to go the extra mile!

We came into Carefree Pools last week to talk to them about service for our above ground lap pool that we were purchasing. We discussed many aspects of care and if they were able to install the solar panel and even upright our pool for us. We spoke to a gentleman, I think his name is Ryan, but I could be wrong who said they would be happy to get some service started and to just come back and see them when we were set but they did not do installations or assembly of pools. The receptionist was pleasant as well. We left with the feeling that they would be able to assist us with monthly service when we were ready. We go in today (11/29/2016) to discuss starting service and if they were able to install the solar panel. We did not speak to the original person from last week and after we reiterated what our needs were, at that time another gentleman told us we dont service above ground pools. What a waste of time! Had they said that originally we would not have waited so long to find a pool service. Thanks for nothing... BTW, CCH pool service will be handling ALL our needs, including the solar panel.

The representative MATT at Carefree Pool And Spas in SLO Sells Bullfrog spas, a dealership for excellence in product and service let me try all 18 Jetpacks which nine I picked and orderd a new spa A Series # A9LI’ve had the SPA less than a week and have used it four times. It’s really more of therapeutic spa than regular spa.
