Its a good place to go for whatever you need, however for some reason I get followed alot there, by the employees. Other then that it practically has everything you need.

Very well stocked. Need more cashiers open though, very long lines. I was only there for two bags of ice and a cashier opened her line and gave me a dirty look when I turned to look at her and she said next in line . Had to wait in line for 20 minutes because the people in from of me had a full basket. Oh well 🤷‍♀️

The store is great and all but they stopped serving popcorn shrimp, so Ill give it a 3 star review. 🤨

Poor customer service, Everyone here needs proper phone edicate training. This is a public traded company with millions of share holders and if a cx/owner ask you for your name as an employee you must provide it. No ownership or initiative to provide proper customer service from anyone only management that speaks volume from any executive stand point.

Nobody works in the TV department when I was there. Plus the cashier didnt speak a word of English. Yes I know Yuma borders México but at least hired bi-lingual people.

You can find a lot of things in here from groceries, cooked food, bakery, clothes, toys, pharmacy, it is a convenience place to buy aeverything you need for your house without going to different stores and save you time. The check out is fast because they have many self registers open.

Ok.. annoying when you notice employees follow you. I dont look out for it I just catch on quick.

Clean store but I called and asked if they had a certain milk for a newborn baby. They checked and reassured me they had three available. When I arrived, coming from yuma, they didnt have it. I was disappointed because I drove all the way over there for my child. Something important. Customer service is everything. THIS IS YOUR WALMART AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS YOUR CUSTOMERS.

The lines were ridiculous. But the 2 polite employees here were making everything go smooth.

Need alot of attention in the area of cashiers and make an effort of hiring more people for faster service . One other area is focus on the electric carts for people who needs them ...just left that store due to only one cart was on service and the rest were on the back on maintenance?. This store is near by the border . Alot of customers come across to do their shopings and every time Im in there lines are always long ...management theres alot of opportunities in the cashier are...focus pay attention to your employees do they will work and execute there jobs on time and they wont act upset all the time ..every visit I do is a complain about not having their break or havent been to there lunch and they upset...sad focus management theres alot to be done at this branch

There was a little bird in the produce section at Walmart. Management was notified of the little bird but when they arrived they didnt do a single thing! Instead they just stared at it and wondered what to do. Heres the big kicker, they didnt get rid of the produce or replace the produce with anything fresh! So anything that the little bird sat on or picked at was never taken off the floor! If you want to get sick, go to that Walmart! (Please see pics)

Clean store, the personnel are kind and helpful. Lines are usually long during the day, but nighttime is always the best time to shop.

I saw a worker She was Coughing she looked like she was sick or just playing around and I saw 👀like what looks like they were blocking the walking way in front of me so I had to make room for me to be able to pass she looked at me like why I moved her cart she was blocking me. I felt like she didnt care in san Luis Arizona.

Worst service ever my brother in law walked in he grabed the pellet rifle he wanted and they couldn’t sell it to him because i was with him and im not old enough to buy a rifle like are you serious he was the one buying it for himself

This Walmart is so clean and neat! I think their customer service needs a bit of improvement. I wasnt treated disrespectfully or anything. This lady just seemed annoyed at helping me. Im sure she was tired and probably had a million things to get done.Up at the front registers I didnt have to wait in a long line.I wish I lived closer to this Walmart. :D

Huge store, only 2 cashiers open, 12 self checking registers open but the lines where very long. I left my items on top of a display and left the store.same service 3 times will not visit again. what happen to customer service at walmart? very upsetting.

Stores clean but not enough help. People lined up down the aisles. Same with pharmacy long lines and prescriptions not filled called in days in advance. Waiting & waiting for help in the fabric auto & paint depts pushing the call button no one comes. Asking for help and the workers dont speak english and cant help me very frustrating

Walmart has always been for me my home, specially when traveling. I go there to buy phone and service, change oil in car, to buy food or simply to just go to bathroom. Ive bought fishing stuff, camping, TVs, changed car tires while traveling, etc. Best part you can order over internet and have it delivered To Walmart or your own home.

Has 80% of what we need on a daily basis. Wish theyd put baskets around the store or the back so I dont look sketchy running to the front to grab one (when they have any). Also wish theyd have more of the smaller carts so I can carry around smaller things I need. Ive had to abstain from buying something because I cant carry it nor do I want a full size cart for just a crate of water + small groceries. The people are friendly and try hard to help but theres only so much corporate and management let them do.

Desperately needs a grocery pickup service, given the current circumstances. The store is always packed, and I dont understand why all the Walmarts in Yuma and Foothills offer this service but not the San Luis one. I have to drive 30+ mins to get groceries because the store that is 5 mins away from me doesnt offer pickup. It would help promote social distancing for the welfare of both staff and shoppers.

Wish they had more variety of everything. Only has the basic everyday stuff. Wish they spoke more English, my husband has a hard time communicating with the staff since he only speaks English. The self check-out line needs to have an assigned place to stand in line because when it gets very long it blocks people going from South of the store to the north and vise versa. Maybe some tape on the floor to mark where to stand would help greatly.

Its huge, so I take a list so I keep on track and dont wander off and get lost. I was all about groceries and just walked the isles until I found what I wanted. I went from fresh to the rest. Every thing is nicely organized and when I needed help everyone was very helpful. The lady in charge of self check always helps me checkout because I cant see to do self check. Customer service A+.
