Every once in awhile, you find a place that has a perfect cross section of service and quality in what they do. A Frame of Art is one such place. I went there to frame a canvas painting that my wife had created, with only a couple of tentative ideas on how to frame it. Their knowledge and creative input was very helpful, and the end result was so impressive. They know their craft - 5 star all the way.Our first choices in frames were expensive - beyond our budget. They helped us with frame choices that were spot-on with what we wanted, but within our budget. The results were nothing short of perfect!Theres no pressure sales to worry about here. The couple that runs this shop is very friendly, skilled in what they do, and downright charming. The whole process was so different than what I expected (in the best way). If you live in the area, and you need custom framing, go see them. Youll be so happy you did!

Ive been collecting art for many years and when I finally had a big enough house to put them all up, I did a lot of vetting for all the shops in the surrounding cities. Among many criteria, A Frame of Art were opposite of a lot of other cluttered shops or frantic shop owners; they were extremely clean, organized, and had a very welcoming and professional vibe and atmosphere. They gave me personalized attention and even treated my daughter like a priority. I decided to go with them with my big order and each piece they framed for me was unique and exquisite including stretched Canvas art and customized matting. Going in and seeing what they did was like X Mas. They truly care about the art no matter what it is and truly care about the happiness of their customers. Im very picky in the businesses I work with and I research a lot in all my decisions. Framing can be very expensive, but they worked with me on the costs and made every penny worth it. This is one of the best decisions Ive made. They have found a life long customer in me.

Helen and Richards shop have many lovely frames and mattes and I’m so happy with the results! They were very helpful and patient as I figured my custom pieces. They were great at making suggestions and listening to my feedback as we tried out various scenarios. I loved that there is a step ladder so you can get a higher bird-eye view of the various possibilities too. The quality of the frames are wonderful. The framing itself is art and makes my pieces really look wonderful. Im certainly a loyal customer now!

Brought in a Greta Garbo signed check & a photo I bought that they mounted beautifully. Used UV glass & acid free mounting. Looks like a museum piece. Quick turnaround & reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Dont waste time with amateurs, a Frame of Art is in a Master Class of their own.I collect autographs as a hobby and like to display them to where they not only look good, but start a conversation.I initially started off a little hesitant about going to a custom framer, simply scared by the sticker shock that Id heard of from friends that went to the chains (i.e. Michaels, Aaron Brothers, etc.), coupled with horror stories of invaluable pieces being mishandled and essentially ruined.My best friend had previously gotten a beautiful 16 x 20 signed Michael Jordan photo done here and spoke nothing but joyous praises of the craftsmanship, professionalism, and value across the board.One thing you need to know, if youve yet to have a piece custom framed, this isnt something thats intended for a Cheap thrill. Custom framing, when done properly, is reserved for making something special truly come to life and be a true conversation starter of the room. Its also not cheap in the sense that youre going to walk in and spend $50 on a frame and walkout the same day.A Frame of Art is truly what the name says - no false advertising here. They work on understanding your piece that you bring in, they get to know you as a person, and find the best solution for everyone.I took in two highly valuable and cherished autographs that were personalized to me by Harrison Ford, and a classic Star Wars piece of the droids. As is theyre great and a normal frame wouldve been okay. However, these pieces demanded only perfection and not a wink a less.To say I was thrilled when I saw the final pieces would be the understatement of the year. The time, effort, patience, and professional judgement that Richard, Helen, and Alan imparted on my cherished pieces was nothing less than stellar. They also provided quality and a fair price. You honestly will not find a better framer in the area for all of the three above - plus they had it to me in less than 2 weeks for 3 massive photos!I have an entire room that needs to be redone professionally that ill be returning for and wont ever even consider asking anyone else.Theyre true artisans of their trade and I trust them with anything.If you want the best, dont settle for anything less than A Frame of Art - you wont regret it.

I had a very lovely experience at A Frame of Art! They have a very relaxing environment and are really friendly to customers. This was my first time getting an art piece framed and they were very helpful and informed me on how the matting, spacing, and frame will affect the look of my art. I am so pleased on the result! Recently I acquired a painting which flooded me with memories of many happy hours spent on the tropical beaches of my youth.
